The ladies at the front desk, one Hispanic Puerto Rican and the other white, had a bad attitude towards me because they were talking among themselves and got upset because they had to serve me.

Always fast visit and never waited but maybe 5 minutes.. even though they are always busy im always in and out. Always go to this location over the other one in vineland :)

I don’t remember her name, but there was a red-headed woman with glasses that was pretty rude to the another tech. She seemed to be hogging up the workload instead of accepting help. There were quite a few people waiting for a drug test and I had a FULL bladder but I waited (a bit over 20 minutes) because I was walking in. A woman at the front desk came back to help administer the drug test and the red-headed woman came —yelling— “I GOT IT! I GOT IT!” It was very unprofessional! But then she had the audacity later on to tell me that they are VERY busy which I don’t doubt but if the location is busy then she should have accepted the help from her colleague.

My husband went for bloodwork this morning and he has NEVER experienced such rude medical professionals. Both front desk and the phlebotomist were so condescending and unwelcoming.

Front lady at the desk makes a face of annoyance as I’m showing up 5 mins before closing and it’s just for a drop off. Both front ladies were rude, and in my opinion if you’re old and just don’t want to work specially in healthcare where that behavior is unnecessary then don’t

It seemed like a race to them the young lady put the needle in my arm way to deep my vein bubbled up and now my arm feels numb and was seriously bruised. I never bruised from lab work , if it still continues feeling this way I’ll have to get it checked out. And there may have to be a lawsuit in the making.

Absolutely horrible experience today! As if bloodwork for children isn't already a scary thing. The gentleman in the white lab coat who did my sons blood work today seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. He was using the outer side veins in my sons arm and as soon as he got the needle in he was wiggling it around and pulling it in and out and ended up blowing out my child's vein and now he has a bump there that's purple and full of blood. Instead of apologizing he just asks if we want him to do the other arm or come back another time. Unprofessional & a Absolutely horrible experience for any child!!! Would not recommend here at all.....
