Stan was are Sale’s Rep, him and the whole team were great. Not that spending hours on end buying any car is enjoyable these guys made it at least a good experience. One we plan to go back to in the near future.

Mike Davis and John Park were able to help me immensely. My ford maverick order was taking forever, but John and Mike were able to find me a ford maverick with a nearly identical build. I very much appreciate you Mike and John!

I went there to look for a used Ford truck and immediately found what I wanted. This was a great experience from start to finish. Mike Davis was excellent through it all. Excellent communication, went out of his way to help me, genuine nice guy that knows his trade, 5 stars! Go there you will be very happy! Ask for Mike Davis. Recommend them highly.

I posted 5 stars to tell you read the lowest reviews first. So sad, I always gave the best reviews for Lilliston. The hardest working person I saw was the person picking up papers in the parking lot and keeping the coffee station and restrooms clean. I came for an oil change and got attitude and confrontation. Don't ask me to call now I already did, left a message with Mike and no return. Your service department needs help and training in customer service. I used to know people on a first name basis...didnt see Dennis or Linda today. I have to wonder seeing all the negative reviews.

Update to my post from 12/7/23. Maria the service manager reached out to me on 12/8 to see if she could resolve my problem. Elaine helped me in the service area. My issue was resolved and Elaine was great to deal with. I'm the proud owner of a new Motorcraft battery. Anyone can make a mistake, but it takes folks who really believe in service to resolve it quickly and professionally. My vehicle was here for 3 days for a water pump and belt replacement, earlier in the week. I asked for the battery to be checked since it wasn't holding a charge and my vehicle had died in the driveway. Battery is fine is what I was told. Not 24 hours later, won't start in the parking lot I'm sitting in. Have to wait 45 minutes for roadside assistance to jump the vehicle. In the mean time, I call the dealer and tell the service person the "fine" battery just died again. Ask if they have a replacement in stock and am told yes. Ask if I can get it replaced same day and am told yes. Report to my 2pm appointment to have the battery replaced, which I clearly state at time of drop off. I'm told it will just be a quick 60-90 minutes to replace a battery. 90 minutes later the service person waltzes out and says the battery is good, we tested and charged it. I started at her dumb founded for a second and asked if that's what I just waited 90 minutes for, instead of a battery replacement. She says yes and that I should just keep driving and see if it dies again, then I can bring it back. I just left, disgusted. All they had to do was sell me a battery. What a clown show.

Fuel system on my 2020 F450 6.7L pump detonated and sent metal through the whole system. Lilliston listened to my mechanic on what happened, confirmed it was a warranty repair and got right to work the day after it was dropped off from the tow. Good service, they took care of my truck. Kept me informed even with a national parts shortage I knew what was going on with my truck. Any time I sent a text looking for an update I had an answer within an hour.Moving all of my fleet parts and service needs from another Ford dealer with Lilliston.

John I was the best salesman ever. He told me hes been doing it for 50 years and it truly shows. The whole deal was fast with no running back and forth to the mgr. Been to other dealers and seems like the young generation just doesnt know the vehicles or care too. Thanks you lilliston for having knowleable salesman.

EDITED with an Update (10/31/23) and updated stars: Lilliston made it right! I received a call this morning from Maria, the service manager, who handled the situation with grace and compassion.Thank you, Lilliston!Original post (10/27/23) - left one star:This is long, but the backstory is needed as this has been going on since August 30, 2023. Lilliston, will you make this right?I bought a new Ford Escape from this dealer last November, and during the buying process was talked into purchasing the warranty with JM&A that would cover any road hazards. Since I'm on the road a lot, I figured this would be a good idea, especially for the tires. Boy, was I wrong.Fast forward to August 29. While dropping off the VP of my company, I hit a metal-like object in the road of the turn lane (of a 4 lane highway) that I was unable to avoid. The tire went flat within a minute (photo of the tire included). My VP put on the spare and I was able to make it home. I took the truck in to Lilliston the following day. The associate Greg was very nice as I told him what happened, I specifically said I don't know what it was that I hit, but that it happened while I was turning.I was due for an oil change so they performed that while I waited, but after 90 minutes I was told that they didn't have a tire in stock and that would order one. It should be in the next day and they would call me when it arrived. They didn't. I wound up calling mid-afternoon and was told to come in.They changed the tire and then told me that the warranty claim they called in was denied. I asked why, they couldn't say, and suggested I call and fight it. While I waited to pay, I said I wanted to use my Ford Pass Points to cover the oil change, but wanted to pay for the tire so that I could have that bill to document with the warranty company. This is where things go off course... They messed up and depleted ALL my points (which they couldn't give back) and I still had a balance.Frustrated, I left and called JM&A. They told me the person who called in the claim - Elena, one of the service managers - told them I hit a curb and that's why they denied my claim. I don't know where she got this information as that's not what happened at all. They instructed me to call back and have them resubmit. I called back and spoke with Elena, who said she'd call them and then call me back. For days, I called for answers. I left messages and was told one thing after another. It was expedited up to Jacob Selwood, who told me JM&A was still denying the claim and there was nothing Lilliston could do about it, despite me having a first-hand witness that is my VP. I told him that was unacceptable and that Lilliston should refund the tire since their own service person gave them incorrect information. Jacob approached his General Manager back in September... told me the GM is slow to respond, but he'd get back to me. I still have not heard back, despite following up time and time again - last time was this week 10/25. No return call.Lilliston, I want a resolution. You sold me a warranty that doesn't actually cover road hazards, you depleted all my Ford Pass Points, and you will not refund me for my tire. This is a dealership error. I don't even want to drive the truck anymore because it has your emblem on it.I'm urging you to make this right. I've been a customer there since March 2020 - and earlier for service. You have a responsibility to rectify this customer service nightmare. I'll be waiting to hear from you.

Terrific experience from start to finish. Bill was very thorough and patient. He provided as much info as needed and provided comparisons without pushing us in a particular direction. Selection process was simple. No gimmicks or switching vehicles. Made sure that what we were looking for was available and in inventory.Showroom is super clean and looks great. Everyone was very friendly. The purchasing process was very organized and took very little time. Bill was on top of every detail. He reviewed all of the features with me and set up GPS and connected my phone as well. EXCELLENT service.Only complaint would be that the sun glares in at customers through the giant front windows. Maybe an anti-glare layer? Great Experience!

Lilliston is just BAD!!! Try a 10k dollar dealer markup on a maverick! The whole idea of a maverick was affordability...they are taking 28k trucks and making them 38k. I have bought several vehicles there but NEVER again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in there for my engine coolant light. I was told a compression test needed to be done, no one explained risks vs benefits of a compression test. Then I get a call stating that they have no good news and my motor is done. They were unable to quote me for a new motor or give me any other options. Then they made me pay $200 for that service. I was very upset and told them if they could just find a way to get my car home since they were the ones who ruined it. They said they would try to get one of their guys to drive it back to my house. Well, hours go by, and I’m ready for bed. I get no call as to where my car is. The next morning I call, they were not able to drive it over and I never got a phone call. The girl who was assisting me told me she already knows her boss is going to say it’s on me to figure it out on how to get my car home. I told her she can have her boss give me a call directly because it does not feel like it should be on me that they ruined my car. Her boss never called me. It was the end of this girls shift and she calls me and tells me she spoke to her boss who told her it’s on me. Long story short- my car was in there for DAYS and they wasted so many hours of my time with my already busy schedule. I had to schedule a way to get my car towed- more time of mine wasted. I think the supervisor over there should be reevaluated on if she can properly do her job because she made the poor service girl do her dirty work when I specifically stated I would like to speak to her directly. Ruin my car and then offer no solutions….that’s awful customer service and the supervisor should be ashamed of herself.Oh, and I forgot to mention my stanley cup was stolen out of my car which was no where in lost and found.Rant over. Would never recommend. Awful place. I’m going to continue going up chain of command for this until someone can do something for me.

Wow. It was a great experience with lilliston ford. Kenny was informative and always smiling. David made the deal a little bit haggle free and a decent trade. He was giving us a bunch of baloney about the f350 series. Thanks and we will remember this for our next purchase.

customer service here is horrific. The staff was extremely rude to my 80-year-old grandmother who was just asking questions about why it took so long for her car tuneup. They told her that it would be done between 3 and 4 o'clock and it was an hour over what time they told her. And then she proceeded to ask questions to the manager one of the staff in the service unit said "what do you think she has bionic hearing it's not like she can hear us" I've never in my life had someone be so ignorant to an elderly woman. I would never come back here and my grandmother sure won't be either.I think everyone should have a little more kindness in the year 2023

Have been looking to purchase for several months now. There are 2 mavericks on the lot, 1 with a 10k markup and 1 with a 7500k markup. I would be willing to pay MSRP but you are nuts!!! I have bought several vehicles there but have bought my last. Honda here I come.
