After going to this locations for most of my needs for verizon cell phones i was very disappointed today with the salesman working tonight. i had a question about returning fios equipment and he did not want to listen to me. he simply said he will not be able to help me . He had no customer in the store he was sitting around gave the worst customer experience i have ever had

11 years with this store and we'd recommend Steve and his team of associates to anyone that wants quick, reliable, no nonsense service. Zaire was knowledgeable, confident, and worked our plan to our needs. Steve was personable, patient, and relentless in communication between us and Verizon. A very well run business!

Above and beyond to help me! My old Iphone7 stopped receiving calls, making calls and had no texting. Apple said they were pretty sure I needed a new SIM CARD installed. Told me to take to a Verizon dealer. Went to Steves Macdonald Verizon Dealer Store. Zamir(?) hooked my phone up! Back to new! I do not want a new phone yet. Praise them all here for helping me!

I have canceled service before November they would not Amit it until November they canceled it in November I have called almost every day in November been on hold every all day talk to over five people they finally saying they canceled all my service and I am paid in full and all done with Verizon service and send me of a snap shot of a bill I owe anger a how month it been canceled not I call so much the service can’t hear me and disconnected my phone call because there service was not working

I came to the Verizon store located in Vineland New Jersey. Associate Zaire Russel was a huge help. He took his time and helped me with all my needs. I highly recommend a 10 plus star for him. I’ll definitely be back
