“I love this location! I've been coming here for a few years early in the morning because it's close to my work. The woman at the front desk is always cheery and helpful. The phlebotomists are wonderful. As someone that gets nauseous during routine bloodwork, I appreciate these phlebotomists because they are gentle and also very efficient. “Jay was amazing. She was warm, patient, kind, friendly and funny. Just a great person inside and out . A perfect mix for a not so fun situation. She had mentioned she has a little food pantry outside her house and was looking for someone to possibly build a more permanent structure for her. If this is something you're feeling called to do, please go and offer your services. She was in and out first try and as painless as she could possibly be, which is very uncommon for me as I'm a hard stick with rolling veins. I definitely suggest this location. Her male co-worker even offered to stay after learning I was a hard stick, just incase. There's a peace of mind that comes to knowing your in good hands . Couldn't be more happy, even after leaving a blood draw for a needle phobic person, so it's saying alot. ? Thank you Jay for keeping me calm and for everything you and your daughter do for the community!”
