The sales "associate" said they are cutting back on Fine Art supplies because they don't sell enough products. We'll when it's the cheapest crap pre package with stuff I don't want or need. Who would buy from them. Their brushes fall apart after one use. Had to glue the brus
hes back together. Very annoying. Hate this over priced pre packaged crap store. Their selection of picture frames has dwindled too. Go to a real art supply store. Preferably locally owned and operated.

I forget the lady who helped me, I’m pretty sure her name was Bianca, she literally helped me so much and gave such amazing customer service. I needed help finding materials to make a specific cap for graduation. Usually workers would just point you to the isles. No, she took me and helped me find the best options. Micheal’s should praise her customer service skills.

Craft store that offers teacher discounts in addition to their reasonable prices and discounted items. Michaels is my go-to for sewing supplies and florals.
