Customers appreciate the friendly and attentive staff, with some reviews highlighting employees who go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. The staff is praised for being helpful, attentive, and professional, with specific mention of staff members who deliver personalized and thoughtful service.
The facility offers a clean, stocked environment where customers can also clean the inside of their cars, vacuum, and dry their vehicles. Free amenities like air fresheners and lollipops for children add to a welcoming atmosphere, making the visit enjoyable for families.
Although the parking lot is small and some customers wish for more online customer support, overall, ModWash receives high marks for quality work and friendly service. The team’s dedication to customer satisfaction, combined with their quick and efficient service, makes it a popular choice for car care needs, especially during snowy or messy weather conditions.

Steve the manager was excellent! He took his time explaining things to me and answered every question respectfully, politely and with knowledge. I’m a longtime customer and as long as you hire the likes of Steve. I’ll always support Mod Wash. Respectfully, Mr. Keller
