Never an issue . But this trip i was charged for an item that was free for my pooch for his bday. Now i have to make an extra trip back to get credit

Most of the staff are pretty good and knowledgeable. There's one grumpy lady that sometimes is helpful and sometimes not so much. But other than that it's always an easy and stress free experience.
