The staff is respectful, especially the hardworking husband, but service can sometimes feel impersonal. The store is a go-to place for those in the area, especially for those new to hair styling, though staff may lack full product knowledge. Overall, it’s a trusted, long-standing shop with a variety of items.
Service is great except when you are made to feel like you are bothering the woman but the husband who seems to work his butt off for her, is always respectful and I keep coming back bc it's the only beauty place around my town with the stuff that I need.
