Over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tried to charge me 95 dollars to plug a slow leak. Then I get in my vehicle and the oil change wasn't even done. I addressed the issue with the service manager and he took care of it quickly and made it right.

I was not in the market for a new vehicle. My daughter in law needed to drop something off to my son. We pulled into the parking lot and a truck caught my eye. "Hello Beautiful!" Throughout the day, I couldn't get that truck out of my head. I spoke with my son, Tom. I wanted to explore all my options. He and Wes worked with me over the phone, making suggestions and giving my all the information I requested. I spent a day watching reviews of different vehicles, trying to compare apple to apples. In the end, I wanted the orange! I made it back to the dealership a few days later. With Tom by my side and Wes assisting, I sat down with Macho and Steve and a deal was made. These guys made this process so easy. I got a great deal and have a beautiful Chevy Silverado in my driveway! Shout out to Cody, for being so sweet and preparing my new ride!

Called RK today to inquire about a Chevrolet Colorado they have listed on their website. They advised they have three "in-transit" to the dealership. Prior to making an appointment, I asked if they are "up charging" for any of their trucks. The sales person reluctantly advised that RK is marking up some of their trucks by 10% OVER the MSRP. (including the Colorado)I have been watching the RK commercials over the past several months talk about "family owned and operated" and "best deals in the business". I guess this includes price gouging their customers to drain another 10% out of them? Shame.BTW: RK and Mall Chevrolet are pretty much the only negative reviews I have ever written. In todays market, I can understand retailers trying to get full MSRP. But, inflating car prices by an additional 10% over MSRP, hoping that someone gets caught up in the moment of the new car buying excitement, full well knowing they will be financing a car that the new owner will take a bath on in a year or two, is just wrong.

My husband and I were on our way to a weekend trip to the shore, when we got off the highway and our 2021 Silverado gave us a warning and promptly shut-down and would not restart. After trying to get it started again, the next hour had us maneuvering through police redirecting traffic, two tow trucks (one for the truck and one for our trailer) and a trip for myself and our dog in the back of a cop car to a Target parking lot to meet my husband to assess the damage and make a plan. One hundred miles from home on a Friday, in the hot summer sun, with our dog, a trailer and a dead-in-the-water truck, we were running through our options. Needless to say, we were stressed and freaking out. One of the tow guys told us about a Chevy dealer not far from where we were stranded- RK Chevrolet. My husband was forced to do something he rarely does, he called for help. Enter, Ray.Ray answered the call and immediately went into action. Within minutes, Ray had a few ideas for what caused our problem and was on his way to us, in a co-worker’s truck, so that he could haul our trailer back to the dealership while we waited for AAA towing to get the truck to his shop. While waiting, Ray actually diagnosed the freakish problem and even drove to the local auto parts store, bought heavy duty jumper cables and got our truck started! We drove the few miles to RK Chevrolet, where we were met by the friendliest staff you can imagine. We were literally surrounded by people who jumped to work on fixing the truck. Nataly checked us in and miraculously the part we needed was procured by Ray, and he and Connor fixed the truck right in the parking lot within minutes. The starting of the truck was music to our ears and visions of emergency plans and towing and rental cars went out the window. The entire staff was amazing. They even let Rhys, our labrador retriever, chill out on their cool tile floor as we signed paperwork. We left there and continued on our way to our beach vacation, every five minutes asking each other if the last three hours really happened and raving about the customer service of the excellent staff at RK. They went above and beyond and the Internet world needs to know about the top grade service they will get from these people at this dealership! Thank you! ~Sean and Amanda (and Rhys)

I've been to this dealership 2 times and have waited over 9 hours in total for a backup camera replacement. They have ordered the wrong part TWICE. The last time I was in they told me the new part they are ordering was on back order and they wouldn't know when it would come in. I've had this truck for 2 months with no backup camera (it was a CPO). They also tried to charge me for a warrantied service.

If I could give a zero star I would. They are thieves in this service location. I was given a price for service and they ended up charging me $200 more than the given price. When I went to pick up my vehicle and was given this astronomical bill I told them the price I was given, and they refused to honor their mistake. Worst service to deal with. Will be contacting corporate and the BBB.

I love Chevrolet pick up trucks. But this Chevrolet dealership is the worst in New Jersey they are dishonest and the service department does not do a very good job at taking care of their warranted vehicles. I do not recommend them, I would rather travel out of town and buy a Chevy elsewhere. I'm going to trade in my 2017 Silverado next year for a new truck; I will not give RK Chevrolet my business again!

I thought I have found a reliable and honest dealer for my vehicle. Word of advice- STAY AWAY!! The sales was smooth enough (6 hours at the dealership) and the salesman Joe even mentioned how they could get a push button start installed on my Silverado that i had at home. So after our sale, I setup an appointment two weeks out. Took off work, drove an hour only to find out THEY DON'T DO IT! I immediately call the salesman, of course he denies saying it, says it was "miscommunication" and said he will have to check with service cause he can't give service advice. Then how about you don't give advice during the sale either. My wife heard the entire conversation as well. Also, after the sale, they don't care about you at all. I'm going to find another Chevy dealer for service and sales for our family. If you are reading this, I suggest you do the same!!
