Purchased a gift card which the manager rung me up for during Christmas time as a gift. When I took my daughter to use it I was told the gift card was not activated properly and whoever rung me up for it did it wrong and there was nothing that they could do about it. The store was trash, clothes everywhere in boxes, shelving all over the floors which I was tripping over. The first cashier that rung me up had no idea how to even use the gift card that I purchased a month prior.

You sold me things, clothes but I didn't have the chance to try them on because it was for my wife and when I got home it was too small. When I returned them you didn't want to change them that's when I realized that's the reason you're closing your shop is because you don't take care of your customers. you ignore your customers.. Today I went in to get an outfit for a concert! I was assisted by Melanie who was very nice and was able to help me find the perfect outfit for the concert! She was very attentive and helpful, even advising on what is trendy and what would look good together! Great experience and I really appreciate her help it was a pleasure and I will be back!
