The experience was so easy with self checkout. It went smoothly and i wasn't annoyed by the process. Now I'm not allowed to do self checkout, so I'll be making the trip somewhere else where my day isn't inconvenienced for seemingly no reason. I wish this wasn't the case, as I've been going to this store for years.

The change to self checkout being 25(?) Items or less has made this an awful experience. Like others have said it used to be a way more relaxed experience to be able to take your time but now you're forced to use the checkout lanes where you're having to speed through everything to not hold up the other people. Very unpleasant experience especially compared to the ShopRite in Delsea.

The self checkout attendant was very rude. I didn't notice the sign stating that I had to have 20 items or less. The attendant rudely told me that there is a "huge sign right there" while pointing. She then told me I had to go to another lane to be rung up. I had 23 items. I was embarassed by the way she treated me and will not be returning to the store anytime soon. This could've been handled much better.

People running the cashier part are very unfriendly. I was a good customer. Next acknowledge me or say hello. Never smile. I had an incident where I put 1.25 bags in my cart and while I was in the bathroom they snatched them out. I had 200 dollars worth of groceries in my cart. I wasn't stealing 1.00 bags.another time they accused me of not ringing up a soup and I did. The front end manager came to check my receipt and after a while saw I paid. Not even an apology. Never shop there again

The customer service at self checkout was hostile and rude over 20 items or less they told me if there were more than 20 items they will cancel my order then self check should be a personal choice for any patron.

I've shopped at this location for the past 20+ years and after today I believe I will be going out of my way to go to the Delsea, Millville, or Willimstown Shoprite. I work in retail and have always preferred to use self checkout after working with the public grocery shopping is a time i relax and can be left alone. I don't want to have to be social and talk to the person at the regiister. I was there today and had no idea that the self checkout had all changed to express. As I was ring up my over 20 items I was approached by a rude employee who made me feel as though I had committed a crime because I was at the selfcheckout. She then had another employee take me to a line where I had to wait to be rung up. Then I had to try and bag my items quickly so that the next customer could be taken care of. Another reason I prefer selfcheckout is i bag as I ring and separate to make unpacking at home easier. Since none of you selfcheckouts now accommodate shoppers like me I will go somewhere else that does. Some place where the employees don't try to humliate you because of what in my opinion is a stupid new policy. Walmart doesn't even limit the number of items you ring up and the theft there would justify it. Jim is the worst manager a corporation can have . Good luck to this shop rite location going downhill , he was extra rude to his employees and costumers today

Did a shop from home order for the new year; the pork loins we received looked disgusting and felt hard. No biggie; we go to the store to exchange these loins for some better looking ones and they were all out. Lady at the courtesy counter wouldn't rain check us for the sale price? We returned the loins but had to miss out on the sale because someone doing our order decided to grab us borderline inedible meat.

Have had other issues with shoprites, started using this one for shop from home. Placed an order and was not seeing half of it scanned and called with concerns and tried to reach the shop from home depratment, was redirected to customer service twice and then the line disconnected. I called back and then spoke with a manager that was able to put me in touch with somone in the department. I was asking about my order and was told by the person on the phone, they had customers....I am a customer or was.

Overprice inconsiderate cashiers, they don't want to touch down. They think they'd better than one time I was there they debated over the price they tried to try to drive mect to 50 Cent a pound, and The Thing was on sale the next morning for the same price I was gonna buy for.
