I visited the store with my mother to upgrade our phones and we were helped by Maiann who spent 4+ hours getting us everything we needed. He was very sweet and so were the other associates.

My wife stopped by to return a device after contacting corporate the lady we originally dealt with was combative had a attitude cussed every 5 seconds and sounded like she came straight from the hood. Never going back, the funny part is a black lady came in and she was completely different towards her just saying really felt like a race thing.

Worst customer service. I waited for an hour, the female sales associate was rude and had attitude and the person that did “help” me was always distracted with other people. Do not go to the Vineland store

My husband and I went in last night to look into upgrading my phone. Ruth was very friendly, helpful and thorough in explaining our options and we left satisfied with a new phone. If you’re in the area, I absolutely recommend this location compared to others in the area.

I know they need to sell and all that bit when a client goes in the store you've got to be transparent and honest. If you don't take the time to really explain the customer and make sure you don't hurt the customer with extra charges that could've avoided by just following the company's policies and going a bit out more your way that just a sell. I came from att and thinking on going somewhere else. Never got what they offered me and ended up paying even more than what they offered me.

Did 12 years with tmobile and thankfully just parted ways. All it took was a lost phone. They sent me all over the place by car and then phone calling different numbers just to get a replacement. After hours of back and forth, they send to me to Assurant. Assurant is their own insurance company. They want Apple Care's profit. So they started thier own....and yea, it's trash. After 12 years of insurance, I lose my iphone 12. They offer me a replacement for a deductible fee of nearly $200. The phone is worth $350. So basically, they cover $150 for 12 years of $15/month. SCAMMMHorrible customer service. Dropped calls on rt. 55 like its 2002 still. No thanks. Garbage.

Not open until 11 unable to pay cash outright for a phone. Never been told that before
