I DO NOT LIKEA BANK THAT HAS NO HELP. IT IS NOT CONVIENT LONG WAIT TIMES N I'M TREATED AWFUL BECAUSE I HAVE MY CC THERE. I GO THERE TO PAY ON IT EACH MO. AND ALWAYS ASKED IF I HAVE AN ACCT. THEY NEED TO KEEP HELP ITS FRUSTRATING HOPE THIS BANK GETS BETTER.PARKING OUTSIDE IS A NIGHTMARE. OTHER THEN HAVING A CC I DO NOT REBOMMEND KEEPING MONEY IN THIS BANK I LIKED COMMERCE BANK BETTER.

Small businesses beware. Very out of touch bank in this area. Long holds and mixed messages. The bankers aren't very helpful on-site , you’ll end up n the phone after you leave talking to someone who actually knows how to do their job, or at least do it without an attitude. 5 trips here to sit down with bankers and managers, 5 bad experiences and everyone pointing fingers different directions.

Glad I don’t personally Bank with TD…Went in to make a cash deposit on my wife’s account…the teller wanted to see my ID…I questioned the reasoning…a couple minutes go by and than she asks for my Social…once again I questioned the reasoning and she stated it was Bank Policy…Unbelievable! I will never enter that bank ever again

highly recommend not banking with them. they do not answer their phone and their wait periods are outrageous. communication is a zero out of five.

Don’t expect a quick process when going through the drive thru. It’s never fully staffed and takes at least 30 minutes. I don’t know how they can call themselves America’s most convenient bank when there is nothing convenient about coming here.

After reading some of the reviews I had to double check to see if it was the same bank I go to. Personally, I have never had an issue with the employees. I have been a customer for almost 7 years and my experience has been nothing but great. I don't go in as much because I prefer online banking over anything. But when I go in I am treated with respect. There is a lady by the name of Millie who in my opinion is the best and is a great example of what customer service looks like. She explains everything in detail, hears my concerns and takes her time answering my questions. I'm sorry a lot of you have had a bad experience. I gave it a 4 star ? because of the ATM machine. I agree with some of the comments about the breakdowns and how slow they get. Other than that I am a happy customer ?

unfortunately, this bank is going downhill. They don't care about their customers, speaking from a first hand experience. my main concern here is the phone! They will not answer the phone no matter how many times you call. how ridiculous. the customer service at this bank is horrible.
