If you are using this mailroom to mail an ups or FedEx return package, do it at your own risk! They do not scan the package as received! They just take the package and leave it to the mercy of the carrier to do it! If the carrier does not do it or decides to keep it for himself, you don’t have any proof that you dropped off the package! Thereby the company not giving you the return refund! Use Walgreens or the UPS store instead

Nice people, but it would be helpful if they were actually able to scan in dropped off pre-paid packages as an agent for the carrier they are shipping for whether it be FedEx, UPS, or USPS. I have had a few instances when I drop off packages that have a prepaid label with tracking and since they can’t or won’t scan them immediately, the package is essentially in limbo until the pickup carrier scans it in, and almost every time they don’t do that until it is back at their distribution center or even further along in transit days later. If something happens to the package in the meantime, and neither the shipper or the carrier has scanned it showing possession, who is liable? The first thing the carrier will ask for when filing a potential claim is the shipping/tracking number to see where the shipment is, and who has it. They won’t be able to do that if it was never scanned, and they would then likely deny any liability. Maybe I’m wrong but you would think as an authorized ship center they should have to scan packages as soon as they accept them so there is a chain of custody that is accepted/authorized by the carrier for any potential claims.

Super helpful staff!! Had to ship some heavy objects, including golf clubs and an air compressor. Worked with me to get the cheapest price, while making sure the objects got to their destination timely.

Stay away!! Owner is not honest. My wife went to the Mailroom to ship a package to Georgia. The price was $76. My wife questioned the owner was that the cheapest way and he said yes UPS is the cheapest. So my wife shipped the package. When my wife told me I researched the same dimensions/service/weight at UPS online the cost came up $49. The next day I went to the Mailroom and showed the owner my research. He said we charge more with an attitude saying we have bills to pay and employees to pay. He charged my wife 55% above the UPS rate which is insane. I’m contacting UPS about this maybe they will do something about it. Stay away!!!!

Wouldn't take my prepaid package because it's said the weight was in CUBIC. Usps marks packages cubic if it's flat rate in a specific sized box and under 20 pounds.... You would think they would or known that. Now I have to have my mail carrier pick it up and my customer has to wait another day to get there order. UNEDUCATED!!

The post office takes half an hour and this place takes half a minute. I recommend paying the extra cents for the extra speed in and out.
