“first time customer and i must say i am totally satisfied...customer service is A+..friendly,courteous,and work uniform set a professional look...went for alignmennt and asked for overall inspection of what else may need attention...found issues that would hinder basic alignment,and a couple other small issues--all were fixed in one day and price was very reasonable...nothing inflated...waaaayy cheaper than going to dealer,(even though my car is 11yrs old...166,000 miles)parts wear out ,but car is still good...as a female not knowing much about car parts,i HIGHLY reccommend MAIN AUTO”
“Can’t even tell you how happy I am with AJ’s. My car was at a previous mechanic not once but twice who I guess didn’t take the time to explore the problem and wouldn’t give me an answer for 5 weeks and then told me it wasn’t worth fixing. A friend recommended AJ’s, I dropped the car on Thursday It was diagnosed immediately, he found the problem and I have my car back on Monday and it’s running like nothing was ever wrong with it! (AND IT WAS WORTH FIXING) I am more than pleased! Al is such a nice, personable, down to earth guy, and he genuinely cares. I am so grateful I came across AJ’s and will go there from now on. I highly recommend and will tell my local friends to do so as well. Can’t thank you enough!!”

“This is probably going to be long, but it is praise worthy. I can’t thank these men enough for helping me and being honest. What would’ve cost me $268 because I trusted a “friend” telling me an expensive part is the cause of my heater/ac not blowing in my car. After buying the part and R & M installing it my heater/ac still didn’t work. They went over and beyond to check why and Lord behold it was a fuse. I paid for the install and deinstall of this said expensive part which after being thoroughly explained the price difference I opted to pay for the deinstall vs keeping the part. All for it to just be a $4 fuse!!! I appreciated the honesty and the fact they went above and beyond! I will be back THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH”

“I recently visited Pep Boys for service, and overall, I had a great experience thanks to Georgie at the counter. She was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help truly stood out!
However, my experience was slightly dampened by another employee at the counter—a red-haired lady—who was unprofessional and did not provide the same level of customer care. It was disappointing, but thankfully, Georgie more than made up for it with her outstanding service.
Despite that, I would still recommend this location, especially if you have the pleasure of dealing with Georgie! She’s a real asset to the team. ? Rob C.”
