I stopped by to ship a large and heavy package and when I went in to ask if there were any carts available for me to wheel it in, an employee Kwane offered to and then helped me carry it in himself. From showing up, getting help to carry my package in, taping up the box some more, and printing the label, the whole process took maybe 5 minutes. Very quick and friendly experience with Kwane.

A thousand times more helpful than staples. I've never been in a business where I felt more at ease every single person was overly friendly I felt like I knew these complete strangers. I would 100% utilize the services of this UPS location over any other store that offers the same services.

Everyone who works here is kind. They are quick and efficient. They make me feel comfortable when I come in to do business...and ask questions if necessary. It's rare to find this. Because of this I don't go to any other UPS store.

Great place. Use it for my Amazon returns. Sometimes they need more people working because the line can go all the way out the door. Besides that it's a good place.
