Terrible experience and going on a months worth of headaches, traded in a Jeep for a new one, started off as a fairly easy purchase but was called back in a week later to sign some paperwork, turned out the finance manager messed up paperwork and my finance rate changed from 5.80% to 6.09%, now the dealer ate the cost the difference and to rectify the situation purchased an aftermarket light bar.
I went back in three weeks later for the install, they had the new jeep all day only for them to call just before service closed for the day and say they couldn’t install due to a missing part and I would again need to come back in.
Dealer also has yet to pay off my trade, stating an issue with my previous loan’s bank, I was told the check has been cut and sent but again the previous loan is still active and may require legal action to rectify.
This transaction has been a headache from day i strongly advise to stay clear of this dealer it is horribly mismanaged and I have lost all faith in their promises.
Now I truly hope this light bar fiasco was truly an honest mistake and they will get it resolved but again every part of this deal has been a miserable experience.

Best service around there's nobody that can beat the service you get at Dodge of Vineland they answered all my questions and were considered about me and my vehicle I would give all of them a raise for all of the hard time and time they put in to make you a customer for life

I went over on the web site looked up a tone of cars found something that was a bit pricey not gonna to lie. I Went to Vineland nj I Came all the way from New York City. Got there and they gave me a great great great deal for a 2025 ! I got in touched with a couple of workers over the phone but Britany and Nelson got me on track .Customer service was great hands down . Had a couple of giggles here and there . Brittany wouldn’t stop offering water and coffee lol . Guess she saw that I was nervous lol which I was being that it was my first car buying on my own .she let me look at the car and wasn’t no rush to sign and drive 👍🏾🫡💯

I was very happy with my sales rep. He was very curteous and very knowledgeable. The only issue I have is that the fan won’t shut off. Overall I would give a 4 out of 5 stars only because of the malfunction of the fan.

I had a great experience purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee at Vineland Chryster Dodge Jeep and Ram.
