Went to the store yesterday to replace a broken Phone, they gave me some options , was told I could trade in my phone if it meet their policy. Went back today and spoke with someone else. Asked if my old charging cords would work, they said yes, I asked if my bill would change and was told no. Ok we plan to move ahead with the swapping out the phone and lo and behold it seems I was " misinformed ", no my old cables would not work, yes my bill would go up and no I would still have to pay for a phone. I spoke with 5 different employees there and got different stories, The manager agreed that I received poor service but said there was nothing she could do. The words bait and switch come to mind. This store has no idea what they are doing and has no idea what customer service is. Will never walk in there again and I suggest you should not either.

Everyone at the Verizon store are really friendly and they're all very knowledgeable. I've had a lot of experiences with them from buying phones, pre-ordering and billing issues or whatnot. I'm not going to get specific with any of these incidents because there are so many but I've never had an issue with them and they always have answers and correct my issues.

I came in to add my new iPad to my existing Verizon mobile account. Dominic, the sales rep told me I already had 10 lines on this account, so I would have open a whole new account for my iPad or upgrade to a more expensive plan with "unlimited" lines. I opted to add a new account and call the 1-800 Verizon Loyalty number the sales rep (Dominic) insisted I must call to cancel any unused lines and merge my accounts. This was untrue - I had at least two lines available for free upgrade to a tablet. The representative at Verizon Loyalty fixed the problem and removed the sales rep's commission who's integrity is clearly lacking. Be warned, this tactic is used by some sales reps to earn dishonest commissions.

I have been to this location twice in the past several years since it's been open. My first time in I had a great experience, recently however I had a terrible experience. I was greeted at the door by a sales associate, she showed me to the area of phones I was interested in purchasing, and that is quite literally all that she did. She did not explain or answer any questions that I asked her, several times her manager stepped in to explain what she hadn't. I will never go back to this location again. . . You are better off purchasing online, or trying the location across the street or in the mall. Do not go here if you want ANY type of customer service.

The only company owned and operated Verizon store in Cumberland county! All others are indirect agents or authorized retailers.
