They deserve ZERO stars but that's not an option. My 26yr old son was in a really dangerous area after keys, ID and everything were stolen. The first thing AAA always asks is "are you in a safe location". I answered no and explained the situation. 2hrs later and 5 phone calls with no call back from dispatch about an ETA!!!!! WHAT'S THE POINT OF ASKING IF YOU'RE SAFE WHEN THEY DON'T CARE AND THERE'S NO PRIORITY???!!! AAA of South Jersey if this is how you respond to an emergency, I hate to see how you handle non-emergencies! Police were called and arrived to wait with him while he waited for AAA. I'm out of state on vacation panicking because of this. This is the absolute worst towing service ever!!!!! I've never had to use the service in South Jersey but this is completely unacceptable!!!! I feared for my son's safety as well as the vehicle all because AAA chooses to take their time in an emergency! I ended up calling another towing service to come because the police were going to leave and it wasn't safe for my son to be there and even they said it!!! Folks cancel your service if you live in South Jersey and need a tow. I ended up requesting a private tow/impound to get my son to safety!!!! This should NEVER happen.

Update: I originally gave them 1 star but after contacting corporate about the situation below I needed to change that. They spoke to this technician within the day and called me and apologized. Thank you so much for putting your customers first. How this branch handled the situation truly made all the difference.
I have unfortunately gotten two flat tires within two days. A technician that helps in a scary moment and makes you feel secure can make all the difference. I don’t want to be a Karen but the technician I just had was one of the meanest people ever. He forgot to put the hubcap on the spare and when I asked if he could, he said “like hell. Go get in your car and drive away.” To this I just started crying out of frustration and asked him to please help me. He started laughing and said “drive away” and handed me my hubcap and got in his truck. I wish this story wasn’t true. Is this the level of service AAA is okay with? When I called back, thinking they would send someone else out to do the job right, they said they couldn’t and the best they could do would be to send an email and let his supervisor know. I am so disappointed and wish I had a technician that wanted to help people.

After cancelling automatic renewal on May 24, 2024 they have put a payment request through on my Discover Card for payment and and won't take it Off until it is payed ( original contract not up until June 30, 2024) and 4 to 5 days after they receive it THEN they will send it back. They took a page from Comcast's book don't let people cancel anything until they give up. Edit nice let's keep this quiet/secret and go offline.See their response.?

AAA. My daughter got a flat on the turnpike on March 5, 2024. They came and changed her tire for her
Saturday morning we went out to get new tires put on her car. The mechanic told me one of her studs is stripped out on her car .
So I called them when I got home they will file a report. I get an email stating they have no report of my daughter, getting a flat on the turnpike, no service was reported I guess it was the tire fairy came out and changed it for her.
I sent several emails. I have called no returning phone calls. Also got an emails that there’s no service report on the turnpike at that time. Yeah OK, no problem. take your money and run

I called to have a battery replace at 7pm. Chris arrived 10 minutes later and was honest about my batteries condition. Ended up wanting the replacement and finished at 7:30pm! Very impressed with Chris’s service

We have been invited to do two events so far at AAA in Vorhees and their staff is so nice! They put on these huge events as customer appreciation and it really shows how much they care for their clients! Highly recommend AAA South Jersey!

I want to thank a gentleman for helping us out this morning with our vehicle! His name is Eric and our location was in National Park NJ! Extremely kind and knowledgeable! We had a bad situation at 1:00 am in a dark wooded area and was told it would be 90 min! I met my daughter out there and were very scared! Over an hour later we received a phone call that they can’t come out and to go to an auto supply store to get a battery for the Kop, which btw was not the problem, and what auto place is opened at 2:30 am! Horrible! We had to call back in the morning so thank God for Eric! He came in a timely manner! He deserves a raise and as for the other people to leave 2 woman in the woods was not good especially when you pay for AAA plus! Thank you Eric! It was a pleasure meeting you! Sorry this is so long but when there’s an emergency your suppose to do your job AAA!
