I’m not happy with my past two appointments. When is using a dremel tool good for your nails?! My nails are paper thin and it is very uncomfortable.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this nail salon. I made an appointment in advance for multiple people, expecting we would be seen on time and at the same time, as discussed. Instead, we had to wait well past our appointment time, and were not even serviced together — completely defeating the purpose of booking as a group.
There was no clear communication or apology from the staff, and the overall experience felt disorganized and frustrating. If you can’t accommodate group bookings properly, you shouldn’t take them. I won’t be returning, and I definitely don’t recommend this place for anyone expecting timely or coordinated service.

Manicurist did great with her work neat but she tried to pull my old nail powdered nail. I was in pain but she kept pulling it.

I went to Bee nail salon and it was incredibly unprofessional. I told the woman I was unhappy with my nails and she did not care. I came for a color change and left very unhappy with dirt under my nails and she would not fix it. She was arguing with me about the fact that I was unhappy with the service and that she wouldn’t do anything to fix the situation. Then the other nail artists began arguing with me too. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone. I paid 35 dollars for a bad nail polish color change just to leave with dirty nails. Save your money and go to Crystal Nails across the street instead.

Terrible experience, the lady that did my nails did a terrible job with my manicure, I left the salon with my nails looking like I had to get them done because of how much space she left between the gel and the skin. When I gave her a tip she did not even say thank you or smiled at me. NEVER COMING BACK! You can see the terrible job she did with my cuticle.

i really like this place, i’ve been here twice and both times i’ve had great experiences. everyone is kind, accommodating, and professional! nails always look great and they never chip. it’s a great feeling getting your nails done, being taken care of, and treated like a guest as opposed to a “customer”. prices are very reasonable with the level of service that they provide and quality of nails. recommending to everyone i know!!

The staff was so sweet and patient when I was trying to decide what color to choose. And they showed me this new polish that uses a magnet to creat kind of an iridescent pattern. Definitely coming back for this again.

I absolutely love this salon. I have been coming here for years and I have referred family and friends. From the day Lena took over I always felt like family walking in there. Kathy does my nails and she is incredible. She always is more than accommodating and does my nails perfect everytime! Absolutely love everything!
