Disappointed in the cleanliness of the back bathrooms. They haven’t had wall mounted toilet paper dispensers for over a year. A lot of times no toilet paper which when you have to go isn’t the time to scramble for TP. The vents above haven’t been cleaned in years and the overall appearance is filthy. The rest of the store appears to be clean. Just take some time as it seems to be forgotten about or close the back bathrooms altogether. Do it right or not at all. Thanks

I've been here before and shop here regularly. Today, on October 5th at 5:40 pm, the male salesperson at the self-checkout was very rude. We asked for help multiple times, but he only assisted us when my wife approached him personally. He had an aggressive smile and explained that it's easy, knowing we couldn't read English well. This is my first bad experience here, and I hope the management checks this incident. I hope he won't be rude to anyone else. I'm stressed because he was aggressive and unfriendly.

Proceeded to enter the store, 5 minutes before closing. I was advised by Janette, the store was closing and magically 2 white women were able to enter the store and do shopping! Sounds like unfair treatment to me.Spoke with who I assume is the store manager ,Lynn, who expressed she was not going to allow those women to shop.I will most definitely be following up with corporate tomorrow in regards to this !

Went to purchase filet mignon at BJs. (Whole slab of meat) Wasn't sure how to trim the fat or sliced a fillet evenly!!A wonderful gentleman by the name of Jeff was kind enough to take the time and slice the entire fillet, trim the fat, and create eight individual 8 ounce fillets perfectly. Even gave us tips on how to cook it. What a wonderful man!It's a little things in life that means so much.☺️

Bjs always has what im shopping for.Theres always stock of Baby diapers, fresh fruit, bulk paper products.Always a good ad with coupons which definitely helps.This store is clean and people are usually helpful.

I did an online pick up order and chose this location since I was visiting a friend. The produce like my cucumbers and celery sticks were rotten already. Cucumber had white specs all over and were mushy. Celery sticks had dark ends already. I noticed only once I came home and unloaded things. I was mad but the two items weren’t that expensive so I let it go. The next day my son went to make a sandwich with the deli meat I just purchased. He complained it smelled funny so I checked, it was bad. The meat was slimy and smelled terrible. I’ll stick to my normal location and NEVER shop here.

Web site order, half was shipped, half in-store pickup. 3 people in line, was in/out in 5 minutes. Always a good experience. Also sells/installs tires at very competitive prices.

I called ahead and went to this location’s tire center recently and they couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They were open to walk-in’s and looked over my car in a timely fashion. They found the issue with one of my tires, fixed it free of charge, and explained what had gone wrong. They were so nice and considerate the entire time. I’d definitely recommend others bring their cars here because they are honest and respectful people.

Terrible experience today, Bought meat that smelled like rotten eggs after getting home and opening it, either there refrigerations bad or they’re allowing it to sit out for to long, so I settled on cooking other meats I bought just to have it hard and chewy meaning it wasn’t fresh! When paying they have an arrogant supervisor up front telling off customers who are seeking assistance with the self checkout, he actually told the customer if he’d like to call the employee who didn’t show up for work, poor guy just walked out!, this place needs a whole new management team that are interested in keeping this place open.

Negative stars. No help. Can't check out! Only on register open! Took 20 min and still didn't get help. No available staff. App never works. Had to put in five different cards. The savings is atrocious. Not worth the bother. Walmart service is better than here. And Walmart is F#&÷&<=&$*#

I have to share what an amazing person/manager Shawn was at the voorhees BJs on route 73. He was so kind, so understanding he truly helped me in that moment with such grace and I couldn’t be more thankful. The situation I was in late that evening with the confusion on orders and times. But Shawn came to the rescue and i just went to give him such a huge shout out! To the rude guy at the front who screamed at me for no reason as I explained myself to the lady standing there as I walked in trying to make long story short and he was the meanest that I legit was held back tears and didn’t respond because he’s my elder. I hope you treat people with kindness whoever you were this late Sunday evening! Thank you shawn!!!

I went into a time warp to 2020 the other day at the Voorhees, NJ BJ's location. Proof time travel exists. Approximately every 3 minutes in between the reminder to keep your curtain-crawling crumb-crunchers with you, an effeminate voice expressed "We care about your health at BJ's. Please maintain social distancing of 6 feet from other customers and associates." Don't you feel all warm and comforted because BJ's cares about you? How about firing the Millennial marketing dope who thinks we are idiots and just play music. I have complained about this before. If it doesn't change soon, Doc Brown, Marty McFly and I are heading over to Costco.

Prices and produce are usually good but why don’t they have cashiers???? I’m recovering from a TBI and this store expects me to check myself out with all of the loud noises by the self-checkout, it was awful. It is ridiculous that no cashiers are working. It’s not like they gave me a discount for doing someone’s job.
