My parent has been at the facility for 3+ years and the quality of the facility and its services has declined drastically in that timeframe. becoming quite disenchanted and dissatisfied with the overall quality.

I love this community! The caring staff are nearby if you need them but you can keep so much independence and really enjoy yourself here. Their holiday and themed parties are my favorite.

I have lived at Brookdale Evesham for about 3 months in an assisted living room. The aides are great. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. It typically takes about an hour from the time a meal is ordered to the time it is served. Even then, the food isn't always prepared correctly, even when a special request is made. Oftentimes it is lukewarm at best. If I were able to opt out of eating meals in the dining room in exchange for a reduced rent payment, I would do it in a heartbeat.

Our Family had a very good experience with Brookdale. Our father was very happy there and was extremly glad that we moved him to this facility. The staff was great and always seemed to put in the effort to help.

The staff here is awesome! So friendly and caring towards the residents. The building itself is also so clean and kept tidy.

Brookdale is a wonderful facility - the staff are compassionate and caring and the environment is supportive and welcoming. My mother feels comfortable and happy there and I am extremely grateful that she is safe, respected and so well-cared for.

Brookdale Evesham is an exceptional place with incredible staff and an at-home community feel. We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our mom and truly believe Brookdale extended her life and gave her the quality of life that no other facility could have provided her. Brookdale is not just an independent/assisted living facility, it is truly a place that residents can call home. The nursing and care staff continuously knock it out of the park and the food service and housekeeping are high quality. Every single staff member, from the front desk staff to housekeeping to nursing to director level has left a positive impression on my mother and on our family.

I found the staff at Brookdale Evesham to be caring, empathetic and available when I needed them. However, weekends have less staff so just something to keep in mind. The facility is slightly dated but nice and I like that there are many options for unit sizes for private living space. When I visit, there are always community activities happening which is nice to see.
