The service is usually fine. I haven’t been there in a couple months and went back for a polish change. I walked in the salon smiling ready for the service I usually get. Nope! Dead silence. No one greeted me, no one asked what I wanted, tried to make an appointment, not even a We’re busy can you come back. They all looked up at me and then went right back to what they were doing. It was like I was invisible! I stood there for a moment waiting for someone. Nothing! So I left.

So disappointed. I booked online combo Russian manicure and pedicure when I arrived they said everyone is busy can you wait 10 min instead of Russia pedicure they said sorry about that but we can’t do that today because everyone is busy I said but in your website says different I booked my appointment at 11.40 and now you are telling me someone else will do your pedicure anyway I said okay I will do just pedicure and the lady she was so rude she can’t even do her job the shapes of the nails is awful she is not even cleaned a color from my skin I asked her to clean it even after that she didn’t do it.

I brought my daughter to this salon to get a full set, with acrylic and gel. We paid $85 Thursday evening, she was very happy as they did a pretty good job matching the designs she wanted. Sunday afternoon the first nail broke. It was then that I realized I’m not sure they actually used acrylic but it appears they glued on the nail and just applied gel on top. Not what we asked for. Well surprise, surprise it’s now Monday, 4 days after we got her nails done, ANOTHER nail has broken!
So disappointed, our first and very last time here.
On another note the shop was nice, for whatever that is worth considering we just wasted $95 (after tipping) regrettably!

I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! Viktoriia was so kind, professional, and talented. She paid great attention to every detail, and my nails look absolutely stunning. The salon is clean and welcoming, and I felt relaxed the entire time. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 💅💖

The new owners that took over are running this place in the ground!!! They are VERY rude!
I feel so bad for the ladies that worked here before the new people took over, they were so nice and actually talk to you! Will not be returning!

Stay FAR away! This was from three days ago. I called and asked if someone could do a gel refill and they said sure come in. When I got there they gave me a girl that was in training and I doubt even licensed. She took and I am not exaggerating an hour and 35 minutes for a refill! During that time several other employees kept coming over to check on her and I was furious. I asked if she preferred me to go to someone else and she assured me she knew what she was doing - that was a lie! She cut me several times and now three days later my acrylic refill set out gel nail polish has several nails that the paint is chipping - I didn’t even know that could happen! Terrible terrible experience and paid so much money
