“I have nothing but awesome things to say about Dr. Palmer and her staff at Happy Healthy You! Both of my kids see her and I recently (today) started to see her again. Not sure why I ever left to begin with. She has always been absolutely amazing with my high functioning autistic son and my 20 year old daughter still sees her and loves her! Dr. Palmer is sweet, funny, empathetic, and doesn’t rush through anything. That’s what I love the most. She will listen to everything you have to say without making you feel like you need to “hurry up”. It is a very much “old school” private practice where medical staff knows you and do their best not to rush the appointment and spend time with you.
Hard to find these days with almost all providers becoming a part of huge, impersonal, disorganized hospital system.
They follow up on your labs (usually via a phone), they send medication refills within hours of being requested, not days or weeks as has been my experience with other offices.
Wait time is usually short (also hard to find these days).
Wonderful, wonderful place. I hope they never stop seeing patients.”

“I LOVE my Doctor here (Doctor Hickey). I have been seeing him since I finished with a pediatrician. I have since moved to another state outside of NJ & am 3hrs away from here BUT STILL make the drive EVERYTIME to see my Doc because I trust him that much & I have an established close relationship with him. “I have been a patient here for 14 years. I never wrote a review but after seeing how badly reviewed this place was, I felt the need to chime in.
I have been here for 3 different name changes and the medical staff was always fantastic. My problem was always that there was not a lot of help in the office. So people rarely followed up or reminded me of appointments.
Since it has become Optum.. not the case at all. Someone from the office called me and I was busy and asked if they could call me back. They called me back the next day. Just now I called because of an issue with a prescription and Bea (not sure how it's spelled) called the Pharmacy on my behalf and fixed the issue.
I don't know where all these bad reviews came from, but the office at Optum is maybe the best I have dealt with in Healthcare and the Doctor care is still just as good as the first time I went 14 years ago.
