Came here to return item, it smelled like gas they did not take it. Instead of telling me I had to clean it properly and bring it back they sent me to a whole different location for dangerous goods. They also did not take it. Waste of gas, lack of knowledge and communication.

I was going to another FedEx location and found that this one is in my area. This place is awesome. I’ve been several times and there was never a wait. Everyone has good energy. I was in a funk one day and after leaving there, I felt brand new. This is my new ship center. Thanks guys!

Assistant store manager Jason is awesome! He is very sweet and cheerful. We can always use a lift like that in our busy and sometimes stressful days. I really appreciate the excellent service.

After a terrible mishap with contents of a shipment, not at all due FedEx, I received a call from the store manager detailing how much time and effort they put into not only looking for the item, but finding my details to reach out. It's rare to feel valued as a customer, but both T***** and V******* really came through!

Friendly, helpful, Also don't get upset at workers for asking for ID to ship, they don't make rules, they are just following them.

I wish I had negative stars to give you. printer system is pathetic, it does not proceed without selecting an amount and once you have selected you can not increase it you have to logout and all the saved data you worked is gone. waste system of printer and copier. please change.
