Called twice, first time was hung up one and the second time the woman answering the phones answered with a sigh and rushed me off of the phone without being able to explain my situation. Will not be using this location.

They do not honor their website pricing advertisement. It is a classic 'bait-and-switch', it is not 'upfront' as they claim, but definite 'sticker shock' at the end of the tax appointment. You'd be better off using a free service or buying a tax program and doing it yourself if doing a standard submission.
