Excellent service at all locations( I've been to several) except the one on Evesham Road in Voorhes. At that one, the staff ignored me for an hour and a half. When they finally took me back at 11:30am, one phlebotomist was eating a sandwich and two others were having a conversation. I've never waited more than 15 minutes in any other location.

I HAVE TO VISIT HERE USUALLY 1X A WEEK FOR MY INR...I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS EXCEPT MY OLD INSURANCE KEEPS GETTING BILLED..I SEE THE HELP HAS BEEN CUT BACK...THE GIRLS TREAT ME GOOD WILE IM THERE..I THINK IF THERE WERE MORE EMPLOYEES THERE WOULD BE LESS COMPLAINTS.

I used the application to register and wait in my car, so I went in when they sent me a message, I was warmly received, after which there was a line of 3 people, but since the blood sampling itself was quick, I did not have to wait long, the employees are quite friendly, so the bruise on hands are big, there are no napkins in the toilet, but in general I think the service is good considering the small number of staff and the number of customers, the girl from the front desk also takes blood

Front desk receptionist was nice enough. after taking all my information, she told me to go stand near the coat hooks in the hallway. They move you from the waiting room to the hallway where you can see all the people getting blood and hear the babies screaming. There are no chairs to sit in and it is kind of dirty and messy. The person who took my blood barely spoke to me and didn't introduce herself. I have a huge bruise on my arm that is larger than any bruise I ever got from getting blood drawn. I will definitely try another location after this experience. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with LabCorp because of my insurance . quest is 1000 times better.

Absolute worst experience ever!!!! This was the closest location after my doctors appointment, never again. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. The girl behind the desk didn’t even move from her seat once. Just screamed my name 3 times when she was ready for me to come back. Then I had to wait 30 minutes just for someone to come back to take my blood and no one else was even there at the time. Absolutely terrible. Also now have a huge bruise.

They lost my son's sample for a stool culture. They said, "It may have been misplaced".My 2 year old son has been having severe watery diarrhea for a week and a half going on week 2. When we finally got a stool sample to the lab, they claimed it was never received.Update:The stool sample still is considered misplaced. We were told they would call if they found it. Apparently when it comes to stool samples it needs to be placed in an orange container with orange liquid inside. There is a possibility they may have the stool sample and were not able to place it in the container due to their rules of not being able to open samples in the lab. The fact remains they don’t know where it is.

Doctor ordered a last minute urine test, and LabCorp was closer than Quest. The woman that checked me in doesn’t seem very happy with her career choice. The bathroom which is in the waiting room has a broken soap dispenser and when I went to put the urine sample in the metal cabinet, there were two other samples on top of a dirty paper towel.

Staff arrival over 10 minutes late. Smell like a food restaurant inside. Dirty. Staff unreliable and NOT customer oriented, staff will speak with an attitude and unfriendly tone.

Tamekia is a Labcorp GEM. I am notoriously a difficult stick. After another employee stuck me two times, unsuccessfully, she called in Tamekia for backup... and let's just say, I may never go to another Labcorp location ever again. lol.Tamekia managed to successfully stick me on the very first attempt. Even though that vein gave up on me shortly after filling half a vial, she successfully obtained the remainder of my required bloodwork on the second attempt.This is a rarity for me. Tamekia was quick, thorough, and got the vein EVERYTIME. The majority of phlebotomists make me feel like a pincushion, but Tamekia has some serious skills! Thank you!

All the reviews from a year ago are still true today. This was by far the most convenient location for me and I was just a walk in so I am grateful that nothing too crazy happened but now I see why it was not too busy in there. Maybe they act like this on purpose so that they dont get too busy? They are truly rude and mean. I was not familiar with their new check in process and not only does no one from the front desk say anything to help you but as I was checking out I stopped by to ask if there is anything else I need to do on my end and they did not even acknowledge me. It took them a weird and awkward 2 minutes to even look and aknowledge that I was asking a question where I felt the need to apologize for bothering/disturbing them. So go here at your own risk and know that they wont be too helpful or treat you like a human being.

The people in here are so rude and miserable. No hi hello or anything. Front desk girl rolled her eyes at me because SHE didn’t hear ME say I’m here, when she called my name. Someone was struggling with the kiosk and they all refused to help. Person drawing my blood was rude too, no hello anything. Told me to put my arm up, no please or anything. And didn’t even verify what I was getting done, then didn’t even say ok I’m about to start? Then mumbled and said I’m done and I didn’t hear and she goes I said I’m DONE. Like sorry you are mumbling? They all need an attitude check and shouldn’t work in healthcare if they’re this miserable. Rudest people I ever encountered. Especially front desk girl, she needs to go work from home not with customers if she’s this rude.

Most efficient and friendly LabCorp that I have ever been to. I arrived at 8:03 with no appointment, checked in and by 8:17 I was in my car.
