0650, Saturday morning: Jim in lumber, thank you for helping load all my lumber. You didn’t have to, and I could tell you had 10 other things you were working on, but you took the time to help load. Very much appreciate the help! This store is a bit less busy and crazy than others, always enjoy this store.

Not coming here again and probably not using Lowe’s. My husband, a military member he physically couldn’t be with me when I needed to get something for him. I forgot my drivers license I put in his phone number at self check out and they asked for the scan of ID so I called him, asking him to send me a photo of the back of his drivers license so I can check out and the lady comes over and starts harassing me telling me I can’t do that I said OK I’m sorry I won’t do it again. I don’t have my license and I only have a photo of his license the front if you want I can show you that it’s him and my license match because I have a photo of my drivers license And she continue to state how I can’t do that after words and she’s like I’ll let you do it once and then she bringing other coworkers and badgering me stating look look what she’s doing she can’t do this and then having them tell me the same thing I already heard it from you Fine like I won’t do it again, but I was in a rush. I don’t have my drivers license with me and that’s the only way I can use it and she brought like four people over on different times. I continue to check out what’s the point of that we’re grown adults not only that I’m pregnant like pregnant pregnant and you’re continuing to harass me over me asking my husband to send me a photo of the back of his drivers license and then get your coworkers completely unprofessional. I own multiple businesses and I would never treat anyone or do that to anyone like that.

I just want to say Hassan is amazing. He helped me out and he was busy! He had 4 customers at the service desk, by himself, and handled us with respect and with a smile. Even though he was getting phone calls, being asked for help, and returning all our returns/ handling our orders, he never missed a beat.
Elaine, assistant manager, also helped us out! Very customer friendly and was definitely helpful!

Brandi and Erin are the best! I went to purchase a new mower. The mower that I wanted was oversized for my needs. They showed me the specs, and with the savings from the purchase, I was able to outfit it fun attachments.
