I can go on and on but, to provide a more concise review, they 1) demonstrated innovative ways to ensure my satisfaction 2) provided multiple options to work within my budget 3) kept the kitchen area clean (a pet peave) with fresh coffee and condiments daily and finally 4) quickly responded to all my concerns which were minimal but it was their speed that was most impressive.As someone who’s worked in various high-level positions, Customer service has always been a focus for me and this office was the best choice as the first choice.Mr. Fogelman and the entire Marlton IO team are amazing! “Contacted this UPS store in need of notary services. They were very responsive and requested that I come into the location. They made me aware that I would need to bring the two witnesses required for the documentation however they also suggested that I could see if customers in the store could act as witnesses. Upon my arrival they were very attentive and kind as well as professional. I would highly recommend using this location for any Notary services needed.”
“I can't say enough about the staff at store 1316. Today I worked with employee 328569 but everyone there is just as great. I do a ton of returning and shipping. Sometimes I am not as organized with my lables and boxes as I should be. The staff at this store are so friendly and helpful. They never turn me away or act annoyed, even when the store is filled with customers. I drive extra far just because I like the store employees so much.”
“I wanted to share that i went into UPS in Cherry Hill near Wegmans and I.was pleasantly surprised at the NICE young man [Thursday 5/29 around 6pm don't know his name). He restored my faith in younger people and how they response to older people. He was patient non judgmental and very helpful!!! Highly recommend this location. The other young man working there was also very nice and helpful.”

“This location’s employee, Dan, was the most helpful and kind person. I had several returns and he was extremely patient and walked me through how to fix an error with my return location. “No lines if you show up at off-peak times outside of first thing in the morning, during lunch, and maybe right before 5pm. Mid-morning and mid-afternoon is usually OK. Have your items ready otherwise you'll probably encounter somewhat typical USPS orneriness.”

“The first couple times I visited this location in 2023-2024 were awful. The staff seemed irritable and not very pleasant. My experience was so bad, I didn't think I would go here again. Fast forward to 2025 and seems like everything changed for the better. Now the staff seems very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I don't know what changed, but keep up the great work! :)”
