Told my girlfriend that she was hired for a job and she would text her when to come in for training.. after A week she texts the owner when she’s coming in for training and the owner responds that there’s a miss understanding and that she has a full staff

Everyone was so friendly! My dog "Ziggy"(Golden Doodle) loves the girls there. He did so awesome, I believe because of the friendly fun atmosphere they provide. They really love what they do here and it shows! Will definitely recommend to others! (The pic holding him is the before pic for reference)

I have been coming here for years and I am sad to have to leave such a poor review. Millie has always been great but my most recent experience has left me very disappointed.I brought my dog in for a nail trim, wash, and blowout. This is the same service I had done 3 months prior with out incident but for some reason, today, the groomer absolutely could not handle it.Long story short, if your dog has grooming anxiety probably don't come here unless Millie is available.

Friendly service and good work... just be sure to book weeks in advance just like most pet groomers because they are a busy shop.

This business treats their employees like garbage, and what goes on behind closed doors to people's pets is atrocious. One of the groomers was recorded physically throwing dogs into their kennels, and she was not fired or disciplined by the owner.The owner herself is also not kind to the dogs she grooms. They overbook and expect their underpaid employees to pick up the slack, with no benefits I might add. And good luck if you want to train as a groomer; you'd have to PAY to be trained AND pay for your own equipment while you're already working there!The owner also doesn't know how her own booking system works and doesn't take notes about your pets, so the groomers have to go in blind.Don't support these practices. Don't bring your pets anywhere near here.

After being a customer at Millie’s for over 12 years, I chose to take my business elsewhere. There is nothing more frustrating than horrible customer service and being treated so poorly to the extent of verbal abuse by the receptionist, Gina. Dog groomers get an A+, but I can’t give business where good customer service does not exist and where the owner supports the poor treatment of its customers.

Bad place. They were rude to my dog and said he had notes. They also said he had problems because he cries but he is a tiny puppy that was scared!

This salon is so conveniently located that I really wanted to like them. I am a big proponent of supporting local businesses and also bought a Llama toy and doggy raincoat. While I was paying for the items, I noticed blood on the floor. Upon closer examination, I noticed the blood was coming from my puppy's paw. They took my puppy and I in back and dipped my puppy's nails in a circular jar containing a powder. One-by-one, the powder stopped the bleeding from three of her nails from her front paw. It may have just been the groomer I had, but I will not go back.

We follow our groomer to this business. We made a appointment for two dogs but it was far out. They receptionist said she can call if they have any cancelations. She called and they got three of our dogs in soon. We told the receptionist to cancel the original appointment because it was less then a month away. Come to find our she never did. Apparently, she was new and did not do it. We then received a call that our dogs missed their appointment. When we called and explained what happened they won't even speak to us. Now our number is blocked by them. Completely unprofessional and rude.

I was looking for a place to groom my dog for sometime and I finally came across this place on google. I made an appointment and my dog had his first appointment in April of this year. His groomer did an amazing job and I thought that I finally found a good, reliable groomer. That is until I tried to make an appointment for him in the summer and the receptionist explained to me that they were booked until September and recommended other places to me. I took her advice and went somewhere else in which they did a good job but I still wanted him to come back to this establishment instead. I called today to try and make him an appointment and was told since he hasn’t been there since April he is considered a “NEW CLIENT” and they cannot service him. Are you kidding me? After I tried to come back another time and was sent elsewhere. That’s completely ridiculous! I wasn’t aware of after notbeing serviced for 5 months you’re considered a new client. I even recommended this place to family and friends but after today I will not recommend this place to anyone or ever call back for an appointment. Very unprofessional!

Great groomer BUT we've been cancelled before our appts now twice. First cancellation they said the groomer who was assigned was no longer working there and offered us a new appt two months later. The second cancellation they said the groomer was unavailable, two weeks before the appt, and then offered us an appt three months later. Sorry, we're gonna go find another groomer, if you're gonna cancel at least give us a new appt in a timely fashion.

Lou did an amazing job on our springer spaniel and felt at ease leaving my Rosie with her. I will definitely be back.
