Carolina was extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional! She walked me through all the steps of renting a unit, and helped me select the best possible unit in the Voorhees location. My wife and I have been going through a very stressful moving process, and Carolina put one of our biggest burdens at ease by selecting the right unit for our needs! As someone who also worked in Customer Service jobs in the past myself, she exceeded all fields in making a decision to store your memories and important belongings with Public Storage

Can’t wait to move out of here soon! Has no type of air or any type of circulation going on!
Besides that prices were changing and luckily I decided to call one day and I spoke to someone who thought hung up the phone and the catch to this was and I have it recorded incase it happens again,
Customers don’t always call to ask why the rent is high, so only 5% of customers would call and they don’t know that every 3 months they will raise the rent and all customers have to do is call. They will say let me see if you get “approved” but it’s just a button you click ? thanks for the info

This place is such a rip off. All they wanna do is just steal your money and raise the rent all the time and not care about anybody but themselves and money it’s disgusting.

My family always had a very good experience with this storage facility. Amy and Antonio, in particular, were very helpful to us. It was a safe, quiet and well maintained facility as of the last time we used it.
