* update new tech was great !!!! Not friendly at all. Everything is a matter of fact. You should be able to read the mind of your tech. They are so advanced when you check in but then when you need something sent to your family doctor, you need to fill out a paper form and you should know that when you walk in. They will not ask you. Pauline said I should’ve told her before she put her order in because I should know what she was doing. I’m glad they have facilities like this, but I wish they would get quality workers. It’s just sad the way people are now a days. She actually made me go set a new appointment just to have my bloodwork results sent to my family doctor. * VOORHEES location

I went for my blood work Saturday and the girl that was doing it missed my vein so I left without having it done.y arm in that area swelled up so I am going to have to wait a couple weeks to have it done
.I don't know if I will use the same facility
Not a happy camper. I'm prone to passing out.

It took the tech at least 15 minutes to enter my information and tests. There was another girl just watching her, and supporvising her I think. The girl who took my blood was very rough. I usually have a good experience here, but this past time was horrible.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had for blood draws. The staff is very pleasant. The Establishment is immaculate The actual needle sticks are painless and quick and efficient 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend coming to this place if you need lab work done

So far, I have had the pleasure of interacting with Pauline, Donna, & Tiffany. Each of the phlebotomists impressed me with their expertise, talent, and friendliness. They are pleasant and always welcoming. I look forward to seeing them. (They also managed to deliver my bloodwork results in one day!)

Hands down better than the previous lab I went to. Checked in in the parking lot & my name was being called as I walked in the door. Maybe 30 seconds. The tech was super nice & professional. Whole process took less than 10 minutes.
