Revising a previous review- originally was upset my wife got talked into buying the platinum protection. Two months later our new table started to bulge above the main supports. Now I feel like an idiot for initially not wanting the coverage. Haven’t got it fixed yet but I can’t imagine it won’t be covered. Will update once it’s resolved.

I bought a Sealy Winchester mattress and adjustable base for my husband who recently had major back surgery. Cindy P. at the Voorhees store showed me the perfect bed and base for my husbands needs. I called in the order on the day he was being discharged from the hospital and it was delivered the next day. Very happy with this purchase and for Cindy's expertise help.

Ian was wonderful. He clearly explained the differences between both mattress levels and manufacturers. He gave great insight into upgrading my future sleeping experience. I don't give the full five stars because I haven't had my order shipped and the old mattresses removed. After that, I would push this up to 5!

Ian, the sales rep was so nice and gave me the time to look without hovering. When I told him I may need a day to think about what I want to do and consult with my sister, he was not pushy in trying to make an immediate sale. I came back the next day and made sure to look for him. The young lady at the service desk was extremely pleasant and professional as well.
