upgraded my phone here, was told when the new one comes in to drop off the old one. Come back to drop off the old one and I’m basically turned away and told to ship it myself. I call tmobile customer service and they tell me I have to drop it off in person. What a waste of my time

Went to the store back in April to try out their 5G Home Internet. It was priced at $50/month with no contract terms and I was paying well over $100 with Xfinity for their internet without cable. Loved the service and decided to go back in July/August to look into switching my phone service from Xfinity to Tmobile. I was paying around $90 initially with Xfinity and then it went up to $120 after I cancelled my internet with them so I was ready to gtfo. The employees at Tmobile were super helpful and through the switch program, they paid off my iPhone with a e-giftcard and now I pay $105 a month for phone AND internet. Easiest decision ever, glad I made the switch!

On 5/1/23, I woke up to my phone service shut off. I keep getting text and emails to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile but ignored most of them. Until I decided to call and they sent me a new phone and case. I was even told to visit the Voorhees T-mobile store and speak to Matthew to switch phones. Anyways I still didn't think it was a big deal until my service was off today. I drove to Voorhees Town Center just to see T-Mobile had moved. So I drove over to Eagles Plaza and found the store. I went in and was grilled about how and where did I get my new phone as if I stole it. He asked for my number and claimed he can't help me because I'm a Sprint customer. I said the point of me being here is to switch to T-Mobile service. He claimed there was nothing he could do. I said I remember specifically the rep telling me to ask for Matthew when I make an appointment. He said my name is Matthew and still act like he couldn't assist. All he said was to call customer care. So I went to my car and tried to dial the 611 number but couldn't. I went back into the store and asked for help with calling. Another guy gave me an 1-800 number on paper. As if I could call on my phone. I walked out frustrated. I drove all the way to T-Mobile in Berlin. The store had friendly representatives. I had three of the four employees assisting me. They even called customer service and got my phone restored. I was so impressed and happy I offered to buy all four of them lunch. I never even mentioned to them how I was treated at Voorhees. It seems this location didn't feel like doing anything extra today. So excuses was made so I could leave.

please please please AVOID this company. they have been wrongfully billing me for the equipment I returned to them for months. now they are THREATENED me to transfer my 'debt' for the equipment I don't have to the collection and mess up my credit score. 'Experts' on the 800 number are absolutely helpless and don't care about you. I made numerous phone calls for NOTHING. I am absolutely DESPERATE

On 11/5/2022, after having an absolutely horrible incident at the Berlin store I went to this one an hour and a half before they closed. I wish I got the employee's name (white male in his late 30's originally from Danville PA) here because he restored my faith in humanity! He was able to do everything that the Berlin store couldn't do while having friendly banter and a smile the whole time. This employee should train others on how to talk with people as he was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I wish I could find a way to let the manager know how helpfull he was and am hoping this review will find him. You all should give this man a raise or do what ever you can to keep him on your team! I raved about his service to T-mobile today 11/6/2022 while I was filing a complaint about the Berlin store, but don't know if they took just the complaint about the other store or if they added the good experience I had here. I was about to switch carriers before talking to this employee, but decided to stay after my positive experience. This will definitely be my go to store from now on!

Excellent customer service! Ask for Christopher m he is so knowledgeable but all the service ppl are good. I recommend this store for anyone who has issues with their phones

I have had the most enjoyable shopping experience in this store. I am super delighted to have met Ruben Santiago. The way he delivers and serves up memorable and lasting experience is beyond what I am able to explain. As a leader, I am most proud to see the spirit in which he serves and hope one day he will be leading a team of his own. I have my eyes on him for the bank. His superior leaders shop observe him. He’s exceptionally great. I pray he has a mentor outside of his direct supervisor.Personally I feel like the leadership in this store, truly believes in the products, brand messages, the community in which they serve and most paramount their abilities to make a huge difference with every experience.I have referred and I continue to use the products with superb pleasure. Don’t never go to voorhees Tmobile horrible employees.. first and foremost they tell me to bring my grandma in to get a new phone… I go pick her up and we get back get there at 7:05pm they were closing at 8pm they then come up with so many excuses why they can’t start the process… she’s been with T-Mobile for 17 years how dare they treat a loyal customer like that all because they don’t want to do there job… it’s ok tho cause ima have her leave Tmobile…..
