Really bad experience over the last several days and then today. I had a simple question about how to convert dollars to euros for an upcoming trip. I’ve called repeatedly over the last several days and no one ever answered nor was there even a tape for messages. I finally went into the customer service area today, one lady was being waited on by the sole customer service rep, another person was waiting ahead of me and then me. The problem is being third in line, it took me an hour and ten minutes to get my question answered and get the help I needed. There are three desks in customer service but until it was my turn when a second rep showed up, it was only the one gentlemen…the lines for the tellers when back into the glass vestibule…meanwhile, the bank was undergoing construction, maybe they should spend less money on appearances and more on personnel. I’m very disgusted by the experience!

Had to pick up some foreign currency here. It was delivered so I went and the vault was broken. No one notified me of this so I wasted time driving down there. When I got there, I was assured they would give me a call when it’s fixed. I even had the teller write down my information on a physical note, AND I am an employee. No one called me. No one messaged me on the company platforms. They never picked up the phone when I called either. Come to find out, it was fixed the whole time. Crappy customer service.

By far the worst experience ever at TD Bank.I have been banking with TD for the last 3 years.Initially I started out with a business account and later opened a personal account.Today, I went into the branch and they gave me an extremely hard time.It lead to the closing of both my personal and I will also be closing my business account.I will never bank with them ever again. I will never recommend this bank - especially not this branch to anyone . If you are looking for good customer service. Extremely unprofessional. Called for 3 days at all different times to inquire about getting an order of foreign currency. Another branch took care of me. Call the Marlton East branch 10/10 service.

The worst bank ever to have during COVID. For a year they were appointment only to get into the lobby. Now they’re doing it again. “America’s Most Convenient Bank”, what a joke.
