The two ladies that work the counter are extremely nice and very knowledgeable.

Went to post office tonight (7/30 at around 5:30 pm) and the solo worker behind the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Made it the customers fault that she was the only worker and was getting mad at people in line for not using self service.

Workers at this post office are so rude. Why work a customer service job if you are going to be miserable to the customers. Went here once a few months ago and workers were rude. Came back again because they are the only local post office open until 6 pm and again another extremely rude encounter. Instead of letting me review my transaction as well on the machine the rude worker grabbed the machine and rated herself a yellow. Drop off date was 7/30/25 and she was the only worker behind the counter. Please take appropriate action as this is not acceptable. Think both encounters were the same employee

“I’m extremely disappointed with USPS. My mail was severely delayed, and when I called for help, I was told that thousands of people are calling and asking the same questions—as if that excuses their lack of responsibility. If you’re working there and getting paid for it, then you should take your responsibilities seriously. It’s not acceptable to dismiss people’s concerns with that kind of attitude. This level of service and disrespect is unacceptable from a public institution.”

Rudest experience. I walked in at 4:44 asking about a passport and was told that they stop accepting walk-ins at 4:30. When I asked where the locations were that we could go and ask her how far she says you can look it up yourself in a very aggressive manner. We had to speak to the manager regarding an address change because our house is a construction. While speaking to the manager, we asked him if there was anyway that we could submit our passport applications while the other employee was helping someone she interrupted and said they weren't here at 4:30. They were here at 4:44. I asked did we ever want to say that we were here at 4:30 and she said I'm letting him know because I'm taking a break. Then continue to talk negative about us in her native language not realizing that my husband spoke the exact same language that she did. It was a very uncomfortable and rude experience. I would rather commute to a further USPS then have to ever deal with her again.

I had a passport appointment today at this location and when I searched for the address and saw all the terrible reviews I was prepared for an awful experience. WOW, WAS I PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. Service was extremely fast and friendly. On my way out I witnessed the woman at the counter helping an older woman who had misunderstood her appointment time (it was later that day) but because they were ahead of schedule she was able to accommodate her. That small act is what compelled me to hop on here and leave a review. Spread kindness! It's free!

The absolute worst service you could ever imagine. The older woman working at the counter was very rude, and not helpful at all. I needed one singular piece of tape, and she wouldn’t give it to me. I was told I needed to buy a roll of tape, and refused my package. What an absolute scam, avoid this place at all cost

I have consistently had unpleasant experiences with one particular employee at this post office. An older woman with glasses, who is consistently rude when I come in. Today was no different. When I reached the counter, she sarcastically asked if I had reused a stamp. When I questioned why she would assume that, she simply stated, “It looks like it.” I explained that it had been in my wallet, which could explain its appearance. As she was asking the question she was already stamping the envelope so if you thought it was a re used stamp why would you approve it to be mailed.
It makes me wonder if there’s an underlying bias, and that’s not okay. Not to mention . While assisting another customer, she answered her personal phone, which I found highly unprofessional. Rather than engage further, I wished her a good day and left.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. Employees should treat all customers with professionalism and respect, and personal phone calls during services especially at the post office should not be tolerated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure a better experience for all customers.

I went into this very spacious clean post office only to find very rude I am assuming Indian women talking to another worker. Her body language already had changed when she seen me come through the door. The customer before me was a white male who she did not have a problem greeting or helping with his postal needs! Me however was shown discontent due to the fact that I was “black” and was regularly dressed, but you would had assume by the way she stared at me as if I was dripped in diamonds and fur!! She seem me standing look at her for her to tell me when she was ready to help me for several minutes before rudely was an attitude asked me how she could help me. I gave her my package and when she asked me if it was ready to go, I told her I needed some tape to keep the box close she angrily told me we don’t give tape you have to buy it, but by this time I was already done with the staff and treatment by this time. I wanted to report this because I believe the issue with my skin in this country with Americans is becoming the worse I have ever seen. Two more years and I get to leave this country back home, but feel sad that those of brown skin have to stay and deal with type of treatment everyday!!! Trump nation of HATE is now visible in all parts of the world 😢

Trish is the absolute best. She was extremely nice when dealing with getting my child’s passport. She was also very thorough in explaining to me about shipping internationally. We took a good chunk of her time off and she did not get frustrated whatsoever

The absolute worst! Rude, unhelpful, and to be perfectly honest, the supervisor appeared of borderline cognitive abilities. Dwayne, I will be filing an official complaint against you specifically.
