Mike has been nothing but helpful during my business account transfer from another provider. Not only Mike but the store manager and the rest of the team. Very attentive and knowledgeable! This will be my go to Verizon store moving forward. Happy I made the switch to Verizon.

I recently signed up for home internet at this store location. Since having their service, the internet has been continuously running slow and needs to be reset very often. My girlfriend went to this location to see if there was anything they could do. She was immediately met with an extremely rude, male worker. After explaining the problem, he said "and what do you want me to do about that?" he did not offer to help set up an appointment. he was degrading and rude and made the experience with Verizon horrible. his last sentence to her was "if you dont like it then switch to someone else." Horrible service. Cannot speak for all the workers at this location but if you get this guy, good luck getting anything done.
