Before writing my review, I find it extremely frustrating at the amount of reviews about the same woman and nothing has been done about it.
Today me and 3 other women entered the store at 10PM on free slurpee day (7/11). Right as we entered we were verbally abused by the woman with grey hair working the night shift and she continued to get increasingly closer to us raising her voice, all 4 of us felt extremely uncomfortable and threatened.
This woman sells nicotine to minors but draws the line at 4 girls getting their free slurpee fix?

The lady working was extremely rude. She screamed at us when we came in on 7/11 for our free slurpee. She was yelling “it’s done it’s over” when it was still 10:00 on 7/11 and almost put her hands on us when we tried to serve our selves. Extremely awful and will never be returning her again until this woman is gone. Seems to be an issue that everyone is having. I recommend that you guys figure this issue out.

So my husband went to the 7-Eleven to get me some ice cream and a Slurpee with me being pregnant and it’s hot in the summertime. I wanted something cold 711 lady was very rude to him instead of putting on a sign that saying that the machines were not working she had to be rude and say are you stupid? Can’t you see the lights are on that is rude and disrespectful to customers we will be not going to the 711 ever again because you don’t treat your customers like that.

Man who works there pretends to make his machines “out of service” on 7/11 day where you can get a free slurpee. This is pretty unfair and makes everyone leave. Overall, this guy should be fired and not have the opportunity to work here anymore. (Photo taken 7/11/24)

This particular 7-11 claims to be 24hrs , yet the doors were locked around 1. If you’re not open 24hrs , UPDATE your stores hours. It’s the least the manager could do although it isn’t much as I have seen her be quite rude especially during slurpee day.

Claims to be open 24/7 but multiples times a week Ive gone between midnight and 3am and the doors will be locked with no employees seen. Don’t post false hours.

Nice place, has essesable bathrooms but I think it is a bit weird that the elderly lady at cash out was cursing out the mashing a profanity that made me feel very uncomfortable.

awful customer service. women in there is very rude. Also locks up 7/11 half hour before they’re supposed to close. have an awful experience every time i try to go there. rather drive down the street for the other 7/11. at least they’re nice.

Zero stars if I could. You want to get yelled at for literally no reason at all? Definitely come here. I've been yelled at by the cashier twice in the past six months (once in front of the kids). She will literally throw your change at you and tell you to hurry up that she's "busy", even when the store is empty. Just a needlessly horrendous attitude. I get that it sucks to work there, but don't take it out on random people. Avoid, if possible!

Cash only, bathrooms closed to customers, poorly stocked, claiming that computer was down as an excuse for no credit but cash was being processed via the computer... Will never stop back here.

I'm use to frequent 7-11 but found there coffee to be bitter and they are not handling food safely , the early morning employee does not use good gloves and gutter tools and handles cash without using gloves

Visiting the area for a game. Beautiful houses, neighborhoods and we stop at this 7/11 to experience awful customer service. Asked the two servers who were on their phone; "HI there, could you tell me where the straws are located?" the response in a nasty tone like we are bothering them, "You get em at the cashier!" The store was empty, two servers and the soda/ice coffee station was disgusting. Looks like it has never been really cleaned. I feel bad for the local residents.

Closed at 10:58pm when I went today. White haired lady in the store had locked the door and waved me off. Not the first time I've walked up during operating hours and she's locked the door . However I've gone at 1am and it's been open, with different staffers. Went to the one down the road. Their hours are consistent
