We have been taking our dog there for about three years. And just recently got a puppy. Dr Moore is great. The techs to are amazing. My older dog has some anxiety and they are so good with him. Their pricing is fair if you live in the area give them a try.

The service and care at Bergen County Veterinary is exceptional! They are very detailed and responsive. Follow-up always gives me peace of mind. Everyone is wonderful from front desk receptionist, technicians, to doctors, and everyone is caring. Wonderful care.

Dr Shiffman Came highly recommended by Dr. Holmberg who is the premier canine ophthalmologist in NJ. Dr Shiffman is a highly skilled surgeon and Veterinarian. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend Bergen Veterinarian Center. Top Notch

I can not thank you enough!! We had a vet for 35 years one hour away from our house. They turned us away when our older Golden got vestibular disease. Bergen County Vets fit us in! We weren’t even their patients! Absolutely love them!!! Dr Moore removed cancerous skin bumps from one of our other Goldens, she was so great! We now have 3 dogs, we lost our older Golden a few months ago. Dr Black was so sweet, and caring when it was time to say goodbye. One more thing even the receptionists are awesome, Laura listened to my dilemma and totally took care of us! THIS PLACE IS SO FABULOUS, THANK YOU!!!

The vets here are kind, gentle and patient... they fully review X-rays and are always willing to answer questions. Very happy with the care they provide and my shihpoo actually will walk in on his own! Excellent experience with Dr. Schiffman and Dr. Lewis in particular.

We started taking our girl here about two years ago.Dr. Megan Moore is our main vet. We absolutely love her, she is compassionate, knowledgable and she speaks with candor. If she is not available, we have seen other vets in the practice and they are just as wonderful. The women at the front desk are very responsive and sweet and go above and beyond to make sure you and your pet are taken care of.

I took my hamster here a few months ago. They took two looks at her and said she was fine. She died a few weeks later of kidney disease. If they hadn’t misdiagnosed her she could’ve been alive right now. Don’t bother taking small animals here, they won’t actually care

I’m very grateful for the staff at BCVC. Every interaction is positive, respectful and thorough. They make room for emergencies and truly listen and care for your pet. Dr. Shiffman and her team took care of both me and my dog with grace and dignity, explaining each aspect of the appointment thoroughly. For an end of the day emergency, they were incredibly attentive and bright like we were the first appointment of the day. And the cost didn’t break the bank for the services we received. Highly recommend!

Not correct at all, cancelled my cat’s surgery and never let us know, by the time of our appointment ws texted the number they have to let them know that we are outside, they are texting back that the appointment was canceled 3 weeks ago ?what a shame!!!

I recently went here for the first time with my French Bulldog because his eye was swollen shut. After being turned down by two other vets near me, it was a relief that Bergen County Vet. Center expressed the same urgency that I had and got him in immediately. A scratched eye was the result of our visit and we were sent home with eye ointment. No extra unnecessary meds which is a common problem I've faced at other facilities. My dog's eye was cleared up nearly back to normal later that day. He had a good time while he was there too. Dr Black was very kind as well as her staff. Grateful for the service we received here
