I recently visited Ricca Auto Body Shop after a minor accident, thinking I would need a new bumper or at least a full paint job. Robin, one of the owners, took the time to assess the situation and was kind enough to say he would first try buffing out what appeared to be damage. To my surprise, within 15 minutes, my car looked as if nothing had happened! This saved me a lot of time and also saved the other party from unnecessary expenses.
Robin’s honesty and the efficiency of his team, especially the young man who worked on my car, were truly impressive.
