$175 for an oil change… no thank you. Didnt say anything until after. Lesson learned to go somewhere else. Changed a filter without asking and then charged me for it.

Ken and his associate were the nicest! I pulled over after my car started wobbling. Ken and I went for a test drive and he diagnosed the problem. He did not accept payment and said “You could’ve been my daughter”.

Rented a U-Haul there and they were helpful and friendly. As for the U-Haul rental: the trailer had issues but it's not their fault.

Kenny is a full-blown thief. STAY FAR AWAY from Franklin Auto Care!! THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!Any review read here that says that Franklin Auto Care is a good place was left by a very naive person who didn't know that they'd been robbed.DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!!!

Ken is such a great mechanic, brought my Ford Escape to him on two occasions, and both times he was courteous, professional and resolved my car's issues, I highly recommend him. My car now drives as if I just bought it.

Awesome service! Traveling through the area in our RV and ran into tire problems. We needed an oil change and upon tire change discovered our ball joint was super bad. They took care of us and got us back on the road like new. The professionalism was top notch and I highly recommend this to anyone in the area needing a legit trustworthy auto repair facility.

Beware when you bring in service for one thing you get a fair prices services. The he'll tamper something else and give you a warning to let you know you don't have to fix it now, but if you want he can. I list to a lot of his calls while I waited for my car. I grew up poor, my friends and I learn how to fix my owed and restored hot-rod as a teenager. I had all four calipers done from Chrysler and one frozen on me. Franklin reface one with rebuilt (I asked for Mopar's part). It rusted in tow days after installation while the three was still grey for a year ago. Then he tamper with radiator-hole to make it looks like my radiator-leaking. I found out as I bought it Chrysler Dealership for one o the recall. The leaks stained my driveway and I kinda wonder, then I realized. I bough 4 new tires from him too, and when I had a slow leaks in one of them, asking him to look at it, he said he docent work for free! Don't trust him! I would never return here!

I ASK SPECIFICALLY ASKED TOMMY THE OWNER FOR A PRICE TO REPLACE MY FRONT END BRAKES. I HAVE AN '05 CORRALLA CE...TOMMY SAID TO ME $220 IF WE DON'T HAVE TO REPLACE THE ROTORS AND $320 IF WE DO HAVE TO REPLACE THR ROTORS. THE PRICE SEEMED FAIR BUT COMPARABLE TO OTHER SERVICE STATIONS SO i LEFT IT WITH HIM. sIX HOURS LATER I RECIEVED A CALL THE JOB WAS GOING TO COST $400..tHAT'S 25% OVER THE EXTIMATE. i ASKED WHY HE DIDN'T CALL OUT OF COURTESY AND HE SAID HE FORGOT. hIGHLY UNPROFRSSIONAL AND INCOMPETANT. i ASKED AROUND AND fRANKLIN aUTO IS NORTORIOUS FOR THIS PRACTICE. i WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR TO HIM AGAIN AND i RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND DEAL WITH THIS NICKEL AND DIME HOOD.
