Waking up early and getting myself there is still a challenge some days, but every time I finish and head home, I find myself saying, “You did well today.”
Over the past year, I can genuinely feel that my body has become stronger. I used to get sick with a cold 4–5 times a year, and each time it would last 2–3 weeks. But this past year, I only got sick once—and I recovered in just two days.
My daily energy level has improved so much that people around me even notice and feel a little envious. It’s not just physical strength—I’ve become mentally stronger and healthier as well.
The people I work out with and the coaches’ passion play a huge role in keeping me motivated. Their energy really makes a difference.

“My son had a great birthday party here last weekend! Our backyard party got rained out and the owners were very accommodating to our last-minute plans. We had a mix of ages from 1.5 to 5 and not one kid was bored. I really liked having the place to ourselves so parents could relax a bit more. Our helper was very enthusiastic and lent a hand whenever we needed it. I kind of wish there was a party FAQ so I didn't have to bother the owner with questions but they were very responsive to everything I asked.”
