“The newly renovated laundromat is very nice, spacious, and incredibly clean! However, the only downside—and it’s a big one—is the woman who works there (not sure if she’s the owner or an employee). She always seems to have an attitude and makes customers feel very uncomfortable. She is constantly hovering over your shoulder, and the second you empty a laundry cart, she’s right there taking it back before you even have a chance to put it away yourself. She’ll even walk up and press you about whether your clothes are almost done. It feels like you're being rushed and watched the entire time. Someone really needs to address her customer service. Aside from her, the facility itself is great.”

“Walked in and greeted by a woman who works there. She was extremely helpful and guided me in the right direction. They have a nice system and everything is via a card they have. You load up cash into the card and off you go. Wash took like 30-40 mins and was pretty affordable!”

“This is my new cleaner and tailoring spot. I went there with a dress I wore for my 50th birthday and wanted it altered due to weight gain . I was told to get the material and I did. When I returned a miracle was created my dress was even more beautiful than before . I am so happy . Then I return with a few sweat shirts that have a cigarette odor ( I don't smoke) they clean and deodorize and give them to me better than new . The smile you get as you enter , welcomes you and it makes you feel that they will take good care of your items . Please take your items where you can trust they'll get the best care. Take them to Parisian cleaners on cedar lane in Teaneck . Thank me after .”

Dryers the same or some take quarters. Change machine is present. Off street parking in a lot is available. Everything you need or would want to do your laundry.”

“Quick and great service. I had a tuxedo, a blazer, and a dress shirt dry-cleaned here, all at a very reasonable price. It was ready in two days.
They were also very helpful when I noticed that the white dress shirt was slightly dirty still, in one area. When I saw this & asked them about it, they had it cleaned for me and ready for the next day. I'll definitely return for any other dry cleaning!”

“When a family member had smeared birthday cake frosting on a very pricey white cotton shirt, I was sure it was likely ruined. But I knew if anyone could restore it would be my favorite dry cleaner. After a few attempts and return visits, they kept at it, and were able to make it look brand new! And, charged me hardly anything!

“Hello this is Aaron from the one star review. Your response is very telling of what kind of person you are. You didn’t try to understand the context of our problem. Instead, you cast blame. Not even a single attempt to help or offer empathy. Business owners who can’t try to understand or engage in problem solving with the customer, are the problem. Defending your business unconditionally is very simple-minded. Again, we set a timer for our finished clothes and happened to be milliseconds away from your establishment. Yet, what I described can be understood by a child with basic reading comprehension skills. Thank you, I will not be returning anytime soon.”
