I have been a customer for 10 years. I was charged an additional 10$ because they say it was more than three weeks . Shame on them to treat a loyal customer like this. There are too many other options. I will find somewhere else unfortunately.

I have been going to Queen Nails for 14 years now. I’m happy with my nails every time. Everyone is great, I go to different nail professionals due to my changing schedule. Janet and Gloria do an incredible job with pedicures. Alex is always so sweet and accommodating when making my appointments. The salon is clean and beautiful. 💅

The most important part of a manicure is the polish application. I don't really care about having my hands or neck massaged or a hot towel if the polish application is less than acceptable. I was also asked why I wasn't getting a gel manicure. The cost here for a manicure is $2 more than all other local salons. They also charge for using a credit card, which other local salons don't.

Great experience here. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, and the best part is how sweet/kind the nail techs are. Very professional with a great attention to detail. Looking forward to coming again 🫶

After years of driving 40 minutes for my nails, I finally found my local go-to at Queen Nails! The managers, Alex and Choi, are super welcoming, and the entire salon has a great atmosphere.
I see Janet for pedicures and Kim for my nails and waxing every three weeks, and they're both amazing! Janet gives a great pedicure - no shortcuts, and she's so friendly and helpful. During my manicure, Janet gives me a 15-minute massage, which feels great. She really knows how to work out the tension in my neck and shoulders. Kim is also friendly and fantastic at what she does. She's meticulous, honest, and a true perfectionist with both nails and waxing (she cleans up my eyebrows perfectly)!
Janet and Kim are always on time, and I highly recommend this salon. They're even open on Sundays, which is a huge plus!

My daughter and I love it here. Alex and his staff are very kind and professional. Heidy, Marina, and Janet are very sweet and do a beautiful job. One of the best nail salons in the area. We’ve tried other salons in the past ten years in Ridgewood and Waldwick, and by far this is the best location. They’re clean and consistently good. Highly recommend!

I got my nails done for my brother’s wedding and I AM IN LOVE!! Thank you so much Skye! She is so creative and her attention to detail is amazing! All of the girls are lovely! You will not be disappointed!

Horrible gel manicure. Nails are uneven, polish not applied evenly, did not cut cuticles and so expensive.

If you are looking for your new go-to nail salon, look no further. I've been a client at Queen nails for a year now and at every visit I am certain that I will be met with kind staff, a clean environment and leave more happy and relaxed then when I walked in. Janet performs the best pedicures and gel manicures that last me weeks and she has been a great part of my nail growth journey after years of wearing acyrlics. Thank you Janet and the amazing staff at Queen Nails. I found my nail home :)

I visited this nail salon for the first time and was left unimpressed. Despite the clean and welcoming environment, my mani/pedi experience was mediocre. I had my nails done by Janet, who chose a polish color that was too light without consulting me, properly, she chose white because it apparently looks better. She also used a towel that had fallen on the floor to dry my legs during the pedicure. She also cut a little too close on the corner of my toenail, which I thought had bled a little, although she dismissed my concern saying it was just my prior polish that was red and had been there before. The manicure was also lackluster, with the nail technician seeming distracted by other customers and the service seemed rushed and not providing the attention my hands and feet, they deserved, and failing to clean under the nails properly. When I brought my concerns to the owner's attention, she asked if the service was not satisfactory, to which I replied that I was disappointed with the overall experience and the nail cleaning process. This was an awkward encounter and I do not plan on returning.

Love Queen Naik’s. Staff is friendly. Nails don’t chip . Gel nails last forever.
Quality nail products are used.
Tried so many salons in Ridgewood this one stands out.
