If I could give a thousand stars I would! Salon JM has an amazing selection of stylists that go above and beyond for all their clients. I struggle harshly with poor body image and I don’t do a lot of self care because of it. Walking into the salon I was scared and nervous about judgement - but all that faded because I was greeted with smiles, warm welcomes, and the stylist Ria assured me that I was beautiful before the appointment even began. I really appreciated how assuring Ria and the rest of her team were. I walked out feeling so incredibly beautiful and confident - and I am forever grateful towards Ria for gifting me that confidence! She really did cheer me up, and made my hair look and feel amazing afterwards - I cannot thank her enough and the entire salon for their kindness Services: Blowouts

We love Salon JM! Every time we walk in we are greeted with such pleasant greetings from all the stylists.My daughter and I love coming to the salon. Our stylist is Rae and she gives my (7) year old daughter such an amazing salon experience. My daughter always leaves loving her new hairstyle. Rae has also done highlights for me. My highlights are always done beautifully I always get complements on them even months after the service! We have found our forever salon!

The place is cold and very loud. You hear gym noises and music practices. The whole experience did not feel relaxing at all.Heather was doing my hair. She had a very unfriendly and unwelcoming face. She did not even make an effort to smile the whole time. The cut was just mediocre. I had to even out my hair a couple of spots once I got home. The blow dry came out very flat.I would not return there again even if I was offered a Groupon.

The Owner doesn't deserve to even have a salon with the way she treats people . I was given a Groupon as a Gift from a family member and this place always said they were fully booked . They waited until the Groupon expired and then said if I want to get their services I would have to pay $100 more . & I tried to work out a deal with them like you don't even have to give me a haircut and blowdry you can just color it or partial highlights and they said NO! I tried so hard to reason with them and explain everything every phone call they left me in tears and I it's sad that the Owner is running this Salon with how RUDE and Cruel she is . When I told her that I want to look and and feel good with how my hair looks like have some confidence and don't I deserve that just like anyone else and she straight up said "NO!" and she literally said she would NEVER DO THAT FOR ME ! And I said why the service was paid for ? And she said she wanted to end the conversation and that she doesn't want me to come in her salon and she also said she doesn't want me as a Client ! Please anyone reading this do not waste your TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY on this place ! You will only be filled with disappointment and I would never wish that on anyone !

My mother, 80 years old, went to this salon with a Groupon. They cut and colored her hair. They blow dried it. She asked if they were going to blow it out a little and style it, the young lady said “no, that’s extra.” She walked out of there looking horrible and was sooo upset. Way to go out of your way to help out an old lady!! Seems like Agism to me!

My wife and mother in law used a groupon and had a wonderful experience. Heather and Rae were both very attentive and kind, asked if they wanted coffee or tea, if they were comfortable and even if the water was too hot when they were washing their hair. My wife says they are very pleased with how both the color and hair cuts came out. Will definitely recommend to others.Services: Haircut

I just need to give a huge shout out to Heather! She has been wonderful with my hair from the start, but this last time, I decided to “chop it all off.” For some, that’s kind of nerve-wracking. For me, exciting - but nonetheless risky. Well she didn’t take any before and after photos, so I’m here to post them. What has since ensued for me are compliments literally everywhere I go, people asking where so got my hair done, and haha I’m laughing out loud as I’m writing this but the increase in “likes” on dating sites is up from about a couple a week to 10+ a day! My confidence is way up and I have a smile on my face that’s hard to wipe off every morning when I do my hair. Thank you thank you Heather!!!

If a customer presents a groupon, you will be treated like second-class garbage. Stylist Heather knows only the basic of salon services. My groupon was for one hair color but I asked to touch up the roots. Stylist Heather insisted on highlights. I've been coloring my hair blonde since high school for 24 years. Being a natural strawberry blonde, I went through every possible scenario. Im sure that very next day, half of my hair would fall out. I guess Heather prefers women get bold after visiting the salon. It's clear: either the salon buys cheap hair colors, or the employees hate customers with a groupon vauchers. The receptionist with crazy hair and the voice of a smoker got involved. She yelled at me and pulled on my beautiful blonde hair. I left in tears. Never ever ever...Service: Hairstyling

I have a rediculous phobia about getting my haircut due to some bad stylists over the years. Heather made the whole experience delightful, and gave me one of the best cuts I have had in many years! Already have my next appointment set up... ??

I bought Groupon recently, and they are not accepted!!! They told that I used 3 years ago and I can't buy again. So I refunded my groupon and I was unsatisfied

Everyone was very nice. I got a great hair cut/style from Heather. I was included in the process, and I wasn't rushed out of the chair. I'm definitely going back.
