Refused to see military veterans with Medicaid. Do not use this service. I called Medicaid/Amerihealth and they are wrong. They cannot deny service if the provider is an outside Community provider. They have denying service to veterans.

DDI has great potential as a business but unfortunately suffers from inconsistent management, never sure what mood the owners would be in when you walk in the door. The workload is substantial, sometimes overwhelming, in comparison to that found at a regular hospital telemetry unit. Having transferred out of DDI to a hospital telemetry setting I found better pay, benefits, working load and respect. I cannot speak for DDI as a business beyond 2019.

This is By far one of the best places to work at. The staff and Management are very professional, nice and helpful. Not only are they flexible with your schedule but totally understanding of your day to day Family commitments. As long as you know your Cardiac rhythms they are willing to give you a shot. Also you have to be a professional in regards to your work ethics. Simply wonderful place. Love it.

I have been working here for almost nine months now and I must say that, so far, I have enjoyed my time there. The owners value their employees and do their best to take everyone’s needs into consideration. If you work hard, do what you’re supposed to do and be honest , you’ll never have a problem there. The pay is competitive with hospitals and the best part is that DDI itself is still a fairly new business concept and it’s sure to get even better in the future.
