we recently bought a car off someone that had the car at eric’s automotive just getting routine maintenance done on it before it was sold. we had the car not even 2 weeks and it needs a whole new transmission. there was definitely something wrong that he was part of hiding in order to help his friend sell it. I would not trust this mechanic after this incident. we are now out 5200 and 4000 for a new transmission. he should have been honest about the car.

At first I was nervous about taking my old 2005 Land Rover here because it wouldn’t start knowing that there were ALOT of other problems with it( engine light, maintenance light, bald tires etc) but Eric diagnosed it was just the starter, cautioned me about the other problems and gave me a GREAT price! Eric is a LIFESAVER! Our Land Rover died and we expected the repairs would be costly and time consuming…but it turned out to be the exact opposite!! A good friend highly recommended Eric and now SO DO WE! Not only did he have it up and running before NOON the NEXT DAY, but he was FAIR and HONEST with his assessment. My wipers broke completely on my way home and I happened to be in front of Eric’s Automotive. I’ve never taken my car there before but I pulled in and within ten minutes I had new wipers on my car for an extremely reasonable price. Thank you!!!

Honest, friendly, and affordable mechanic. Been dealing with Eric for a few years, and unlike many other mechanics, he's very much on the surface; nothing devious at all. As I get older and learn a bit more about the machines I drive everyday, I can realize and appreciate the fact in past dealings he's never taken an opportunity to pad or take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge, unlike many other mechanics and dealers, who see an unknowldgable customer and think, Christmas!Highly recommend
