On Saturday 8/16 at approximately 1:30pm exchanged my empty propane tank for a new one. I purchased this tank as an exchange for about 30$. I noticed a faint propane smell on my drive home but didn’t think there was an issue. Once I arrived home I placed the new tank beside my grill until I was ready to cook. At 6pm I went to hook up the new tank and realized is was making a low hissing sound and I could smell the gas leaking from the tank, it was a lot stronger than when I originally smelled it in my car. I was very nervous because of how dangerous this could be so I called the propane company to find the safest way to go about this issue, I failed to talk to a live representative. I called the Exxon and the man seemed very understanding and told me to bring the tank in and they will exchange it for me. We had originally agreed I would bring it the following morning because I was scared to drive with it. Instead I decided to go with a friend that same night. I arrived with the leaking tank at about 8pm. By the time I arrived all of the propane must have leaked out and it was empty. I spoke to the man who claimed to own the business and explained to him the issue and that I had spoke with an employee who said they would exchange the tank. Not only was I speaking with the owner but I was also speaking with the employee who sold me the tank earlier that day. And the owner proceeded to yell at me saying I cannot get a new tank or refund and accused me of using the tank because it was empty. I explained the tank was full at 2pm but had leaked out for several hours before I noticed and was able to get it back to the station. I’m just very upset with how the owner of this shop handled the situation. He was yelling at me, not listening to what I had to say and only could tell me that he was the owner of the company. I buy gas and propane here on a regular basis and have never had an issue before.

Left my propane tank here during a thunderstorm, came back to get the replacement because they said they couldn’t give it to me then. Later they pretended like I never left one here, and charged me for a brand new full tank. Just go elsewhere. Jess is always more expensive here too.

Be careful. Don’t go here. Doesn’t speak English. Put in regular instead of supreme. Made me pay for the regular.

It's a gas station, they serve gas. The attendants could be a little friendlier and talk on cellphone a little less. But it is a gas station. So it's what it is

Hours online are listed as closing at midnight. We pulled up at 10:06 pm. All of the lights were on and the attendant was standing at a car talking to someone. We pulled up to a pump, turned the car off, and opened the gas cap (it has a lock on it). After sitting there for two minutes, the attendant went into the booth and shut all of the lights off, without saying a word to us.
