Will not donate to goodwill ever, they selling everything so expensive. I donate with idea to help otger buy cheap.. also all good stuff they selling online witch also so overpriced.. better buy new or at online platforms. Ridiculous. And that supposed to be non profit organization, they are helping people to get jobs, but honestlyany stuff members are rude to clients.. so why to donate? Better find place who will sell your stuff cheap and people who cant afford new will be happy.

Person working here has an awful!!!! ATTITUDE!!!! he drives a gray Toyota honestly would have never gone if I had known!!!! just posting this in hopes of some change!!! or to help somone els not go through the same experience !!!

this place deserves 0 stars! I came at opening and waited in the parking lot for my friend who was going to meet me to also donate. The guy who was working came out and was very rude. saying “ what do you need? you’re just sitting in the parking lot” i told him i’m waiting for a friend once i went inside because i’ve never been here or donated before he said “ you’re not supposed to come inside you’re supposed to pull up.” very rudely. took the bags and came back inside saying “now what do you want?” all i needed was a receipt and he was very rude and pointed at the screen. Don’t recommend coming here. He drives a grey toyota SUV license plate (R21NJX) please get rid of him.

Very rude and told me not to donate but to sell my stuff on marketplace. Plus they put things in a person pile like my pizza oven. Really?

The volunteers are so capable and friendly. I drive to Wall from Middlesex County because they help remove items from my car and actually interact with me. Drop off area is well marked. I have donated to other Goodwill centers nearer to home but they have been rude and don't lift a finger.

To the 2 men running the Wall Goodwill today, I have to say...1. You're welcome for my truckload of Cartier crystal, vases and myriad items that you just tossed into your large box without any care at all! And 2. Get an attitude adjustment! A younger, snotty kid and older fat lazy guy who just seemed pissed and bothered that I was there! Shame on both of you!

Very helpful staff. Help with unloading your car and providing a receipt if needed. Much easier to donate items to Goodwill than to Salvation Army. Will stop even bothering with the latter.

Wish I could give less stars...the most miserable donation experience ever. Rude staff that used profanity, and told us we should go somewhere else. Slammed furniture on the ground. Made us feel bad we chose your center. Clearly there was no Goodwill in this experience.
