Solid F-… I used “self-employed online” and my filing sat with a “tax pro” that never looked at my return or even reached out to me. I was unable to have this person removed and unable to file on time. Not one person in this office or in “customer service” could figure it out…first and last time I am using H&R Block.

I called and explained my situation and was told that they could schedule an appointment to help me do my taxes. When I arrived, I was taken back 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. For the woman Lori to tell me it would cost $600 to do my taxes and that I can do my own taxes. Why would I schedule an appointment if I could do them myself. What a waste of time.

"NEVER AGAIN" I be waiting for my refund from over 60 days ,finally IRS contract me and to many mistakes included the wrong SS# was give to IRS several time by phone I contact H& R asking for any help to resolve this problem I got from them only poor answer & no help at all .
